This is not a "resort" in any sense of the word. It is basically a parking lot with RV hookups. There is no room to sit outside and many many of the RV's were obviously permanent, old and not well taken care of. There was a grassy area where we could take the dogs to do their business but the grass was so high they had trouble walking through it. Office hours 8-5, the staff were friendly and helpful but overall there is no reason to come back except to spend the day in San Francisco, there is no reason to spend the day at the park. The bathrooms were not really clean and on one day smelled of urine.
A great little park for 2-3 night stay. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided us with information pertaining to the area we will be visiting next. There are no recreational activities on the premises, but there is a park across the street and one about 5 blocks away. I would come back here in a heart beat.
The male resident manager was very friendly and helpful, the female was not! The bathrooms were clean, but the day we left, the shower drains had backed up. When I asked the woman for more toilet paper she acted annoyed and complained people were stealing it! The campground accommodated large rigs but was a bit tight. It was convenient to most attractions.
