This is an outstanding and clean park with large spots. Pull throughs are in middle and back ins are around the sides. Wi-Fi and cable are excellent, and you will also be able to get local stations in HD on cable. This is a very clean park. Spots are paved and grass. Hookups are very well placed. It has a super location in the middle of wine country and next to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum.

Seems to be a new attitude in office, not good. A big change from a year ago. They seem to be trying to get all monthly types in, a lot already in now. Some spots have severe slope, almost impossible to get level. WiFi was marginal. Very weak signals. Utilities are good. Has all paved roads and spaces.

Passport America Rate. Excellent campground and paved roads and spots. Some have a little too much slope and you many have to work a little to get level. We were with a large group, and the office people never seemed to get rates and prepaid days correct. Excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV service. Shuttles run almost constantly to take you over to the casino. Casino is nice.

Rate is PassPort America. Office people were friendly and helpful. Spots are large but not all are paved. Roads are not paved, so there's some dust. Nice location right on the banks of the Mississippi River and you get to see lots of barges and river traffic. Nice location across from Natchez, Ms. Excellent electric and other hookups. WiFi is a joke. Does not really exist. It is not a secure network anyway. Best to use hookups in Office.

Excellent. Rate shown is the weekly rate. Very clean. Great location, close to I-5, but noise not an issue. Close to Target, Costco and various assorted businesses, including Camping World. Wi-Fi is very good. Cable TV is a little short on news and sports channels. Nice park layout and flow. All things kept very clean and neat. Will stay here again when in area.

Stayed here for overnight stop. Nice park and easy in and out. Rate shown is Passport America rate, with 50amp. Pull throughs are a little short. If you have over 40ft with a toad, will have to unhook. Very nice place to stay. Good Wi-Fi and excellent cable TV.

Great location and beautiful views. Basic place to stay if visiting Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Charge extra for 50 amp and cable TV. Spaces are carved out of hillside. Our spot did not allow you to sit on the side of unit, sloped too much. All roads and spaces are dirt. DUST - everywhere. After a week you could even taste it. High rates because of location.

Excellent park. Just next to the Snake River, so if you boat or fish, very convent. There is a boat launch next to the park. Nice grass between spots and picnic tables. Park is well maintained and the owner is always going around checking that things are clean and you are enjoying your stay. Just off I-84, convent to overnight or stay a few day.

Nice place to stop. Big sites, easy on/off I-40. Clean, level sites. Very nice hook-ups. WiFi free in office and if your are close to office, otherwise $$. Great overnight stop. PassPort America rate for one night. Reservations needed for Discounts.

A great overnight place to stay. Close to I-44, noise, but most of park is behind a berm so noise is reduced. Park and restrooms are SPOTLESS. Owner is very nice. Concrete pads, grass between spaces, great hook up pedestal. All utilities easy to reach. Free WiFi, and continental breakfast. Restaurant on site, and several more within short walking distance. Do not have to unhook if in pull through sites. Rv'ers could use more nice overnight parks like this one.

Great location on the marsh. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. About 8-10 spots on marsh. Some seasonals, but in back part of park. This is a very quiet adult park. Do not expect activities or to bring the kids. A nice change of pace. All areas kept clean and orderly. They even rake the sites. Roads paved, sites are dirt and gravel. Lots of trees. Excellent cable. No way your dish will work here. When we are back in area, will come back.

A place to stop on way through west Texas. Nothing else to recommend. Nice people, but park does not even offer basic cable TV, you are too far away from other cities to use your TV antenna.

Fantastic park. Everything you would want and then more. Rate shown is based upon monthly rates + Electric. Only one thing to complain about - the WiFi is poor, they claim to be trying for fix it, but saw little improvement over 3 months. Everything else is great. Park is spotless and landscaping is beautiful. Golf course (par 3) is in beautiful shape. Too many activities to keep up with. Would be an outstanding place to spend your winter.

Very nice place. WiFi excellent. Don't let airport location scare you. About two or three take offs and landings a day. Golf course in park is very nice also. Showers are not private, but still very clean. Nice city park to use as a home base during visit. Some snow birds in park. Very nice views. Pull throughs on top of hill by airport runways. back ins futher down hill. Would return. This is a beautiful area and Fredericksburg a super town.

Poor spaces. Dog waste all over our spot. Not very level. Low water pressure. Owner a bit rude, came out and kicked open the electrical box and started yelling about using 50amp. My wife and he had talked when we registered and he said no problem. Got this straightened out after his tantrum. Still bad place. Do not recommend, but nothing else in area. If you want to go to Blue Bell, this is it.
