This park is very pretty, clean, well kept and in a beautiful location. The staff is so nice and its also so peaceful that we couldn't help from taking an afternoon nap. The river is literally a few steps away where it is crystal clear you can see right through it. This park has class, I would love to camp here again in the future. Also the Wi-Fi works great and the ice cream is yummy.
This park is way over priced for the location. Let me start by saying we have stayed at parks that had trains near by and had no problems with the sounds of trains in the back ground. IN THE BACK GROUND being the key word! This place sounded like it was IN the train station. We could feel the train going by and they did... OFTEN. That is just to name one thing wrong. The cable TV went out and was not good quality even when it did work. The lay out is a little funky, and its also right next to the freeway. This park is WAY to proud of itself. They need to lower the rates! I would never stay here again. I would rather boondock at a rest stop and save myself the money. About the only thing this park had going for it was the jumping pillow.
This park is nice, large spots, good internet (for the most part). It is right by the freeway but its far enough away that it did not disturb me. Unless you are in a tent then I could see how it would, but in my RV I never heard it. The sky has pretty sun sets here and the park is clean. I would camp here again.
This park is a gem. We had been traveling for hours and the RV was starting to get hot from the heat. I usually do not like KOAs because of the price they charge, but this one was reasonably priced. It could be because it is in the middle of no where, or it could be because they do not have sewer hook ups. They do have a dump station though so sewer hook ups did not matter to me. The camp site was well kept and it had a pretty lake to look at. The air was clean, the sky was clear and it was an enjoyable stay. The staff was also very friendly and the caffe was yummy to eat at too.
This park seemed nice at first glance: pool, game room with pool table and video game, close to a lake, nice staff. After staying a month we found this place to be very annoying the place all ways smells like sewer, the pool after getting in has a greasy feel to it which I am not sure what it was but it is gross, the seasonal residence are on the white trashy side. The internet works 30% of the time, which is awful if you NEED to work on the internet. Some times the internet would be off for a whole day. The campsites are kind of small. I know this is not the campground's fault but people are so rude that one family thought it would be okay to put their huge satellite dish in our camp site right next to our fire pit, did not ask, wasn't even our neighbor, but 2 camp sites down and across. The only reason I did not give this place a one is because its clean and lush, the staff is friendly and the price was right.
I will start with the good; the internet was awesome and worked great all the time. Now the bad; the pool was so crowded with people there was no room to even swim in it. I called it people soup. It was super crowded and cramped. Every camp site has a fire pit but that did not stop others from using our assigned camping spots fire pit for them selves, and then looked at us like, "what you weren't using it." People were walking/riding their bikes through our site all the time, people did not care about their dog / dogs barking and the power/water went out a couple of times. Another thing, the guy who was mowing the lawn did not seem to care that he was shooting rocks at our RV with his ridding lawn mower, this happened numerous times. I would not camp here again.
We stayed here two weeks, and the management is so rude. We stayed in the 200 section where the wi-fi barley worked. When we called to ask the manager to reset the modem he stated, It's a free service" as if since it's free I should not expect it to work. Well, I NEED the wi-fi to work as it is my job to work on the internet. The sites were littered with cigarette butts and bottle caps and just not very clean. The pool area at night had non resort resident teenagers there using the pool area because any one off the street can just use it and it's open late. Also the teens seemed to not care about who heard their conversation about "getting the hook up on some coke." Then they left and came back. I for one find this VERY alarming since I have very nice things in my RV and left it unattended for hours while we went to Disney. The ONLY thing this resort has going for it is how close it is to Disney. A word of warning to people who stay here: watch your stuff and keep an eye out for teens who do not belong there late at night.
This park is nice but I am a full time RV'er and depend on the internet to work. They told me that the internet was great here but my experience is that it takes 15 min for a Google page to load, also we have an expensive solar panel set up on top of our RV and the trees here are so low they scuffed up the panels just getting to our site. The sites JUST BARELY fit our 32 foot RV. We stayed here 2 weeks and have been in 3 different sites only one of them had good internet signal and it was right next to the router literally. This is a nice RV park with a clean pool and the front office lady is a very sweet lady. Its most of the time quiet and a very pretty area. I recommend it to people who do not need internet for work.
I like this RV park a lot; the view is so awesome day or night if you pay a a little extra for the view spots! I personally think it's worth it. The only thing I can say that is bad about this RV park is that I work off the Internet, and the signal is extremely bad so if you don't plan on being on the Internet then perfect! If you are like my boyfriend and me we need the Internet to work.
