Small, level, clean, comparatively inexpensive. Wide spaces, well maintained. My idea of a perfect campground. That will be my regular stop on the way to Florida--will be spending 2 or 3 nights there next time.

Lot of permanent party type sites; cluttered, shabby. These old, overbuilt cgs are OK for us retirees to stop for the night. But I am tired of paying $30 for slums. And I would not allow children to play in them out of eyesight.

Excellent. State Park, offers Passport America Sunday through Wednesday. Outdoor toilets. Has a section for pets and horses. For the price, it is excellent for self contained units. Has water points at each cg area to fill up tank. Has dump station easily accessed. Has a large lake in park grounds.

Recently flipped to KOA. Overpriced; narrow sites. Large grounds, many acres, but rigs side by side. Not worth an overnight.

Owners working hard to update setting; some full timers, but not the clutter associated with long used sites. Good price, good access to I 81.

Great price, great location. No full timers. Municipal campground; staff was well trained and courteous. Bay view of Kennedy Space Center.

Overpriced, as all KOA's. Looking for clean, reasonably priced, no frills, no trash.

Long term sites presentable, friendly, large acreage. Love it; no frills, no trash. Home farm setting.

I would estimate 70% of sites are permanent party; very old rigs, home made decks and porches, old refrigerator on one porch, trash and clutter around the permanent sites. Lot of rigs/sites look abandoned, unsightly. I'll stay here annually for a couple of wks due to family visits--quiet, feels safe, the areas I need are clean. Attentive managers. I like it better than the other viable campground here, and the monthly fee makes a longer stay attractive.

This campground is under new ownership. The new owner is working hard to overcome the reputation of the rough full time residents, and is cleaning up and renovating as quickly as he can. I feel comfortable staying there now, and plan to use the campground for storage this winter. This is one of the most appealing campgrounds, near charming towns, stream running through, large meadow. The nearest full service campground costs almost twice as much, so this will be my choice since I am through here frequently.

Owners rarely on grounds, left young daughters to register people. Five full time residents; four full timers appeared rough with unsightly rigs and surroundings. Mold in bathrooms, no toilet paper or paper towel. Recreation building not in use due to vandalism and disrepair. Three sites occupied by tenants with no tents, one of which had a cargo trailer seemingly for business, saw plastic containers when door was open. Two of the three tenants with no tents/rigs asked for secluded sites in trees, piled supplies around pickup trucks. Observed aggressive/rude behavior on part of male owner on neighbor's property. Pool and miniature golf were not usable.

Neighborhood is mechanical/industrial. There was some kind of halfway house on the next block, but it was not a residential setting. CG and apartment complex share property; apartments are extremely shabby, junk cars, stuff hanging on railings. Most of park appeared to be permanent party, rigs were shabby and old. Only saw one resident walking around, and he didn't look reputable. Didn't feel safe, drove away within 10-20 minutes. Roads difficult to navigate, mh barely squeezed through the driveway around the apartments. Drive was one way; assuming the driveway circled out, I pulled out of site onto the main drive to discover the apartments had an 8' wrought iron bridge, barring exit. Rather than get out to unhook the Toad and back up, I chose to drive over a curb, over the lawn into a glass littered parking lot of a closed business next door just to get out of there. Manager not on grounds on Sunday, had told me by phone I could pay the next morning.

Owner is currently installing DirecTV and WIFI for the entire cg. (10/06). Perfect stopover for a few days' rest. Owner lives on site, which is very important for supervision of rules and safety.

There are some pull throughs in loop 1, but they are skimpy sites. C shaped, rather than straight, but convenient if you cannot backup. Got to know the law enforcement staff, and they were very busy keeping things quiet and enforcing the rules. This is a 10 if you are there to enjoy nature. You won't like it if you need WIFI, satellite, sewer and water hookups. Party people should not even attempt to make noise--no loud voices, etc. The $13 rate is for senior citizens--Golden Age Pass.
