This RV resort is by far the nicest in Arkansas. The staff is very pleasant and the epitome of professional. The resort has anything you could ask for, their web site is accurate no disappointment here. Everything is spotless and works perfect. Will definitely return.

This park seems to have lost its edge: trash and butts about, a couple of older junkie RVs. There seems to be more commercial types than vacationers. Loose dogs and cats. Landscaping is really nice. The area is very nice, as is the beach access near the park. Might return but will check out other parks in the area first.

This year we've been to about 50 parks, and this park is definitely in the top 3. The management team and staff are the best we have met, they give this beautiful park a very welcoming and comfortable feeling. All areas are very well maintained and spotless. After Labor Day it is so quiet and peaceful. We come here every year and will definitely return.

This a very friendly small mom and pop park. Great place to lay up and rest, its very quiet most of the time some kids on the weekends. Wi-Fi is strong, bathrooms are very nice,large concrete patio, nice pool. Paved bike path runs the length of the island. Very comfortable 2wk stay. We and will definitely return.

Park web site offers a 15% discount for elderly and disabled. When I enquired, I was told no, its not offered. Bug city: bring ant/mosquito repellent with you. Lots of units look like they are having a yard sale. The place is so so. We won't be back.

Very nice owner resort,brick streets,large paved sites. Easy in-out, very clean in every way,beautiful landscaping. Super manager and sales staff very informative/helpful. Pool is heated,bath areas are very nice/clean. Easy access to the beach with private entrance. Park has no permanent residents and no old junkie equipment. Our rate is based on monthly rate.

Really a nice park paved roads, level concrete pads lots of grass very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have Tango net for Wi-Fi. The only distraction is all the folks head out to work starting at 5am. Well we are in Texas: blaring country music and a **** load of diesel trucks. It sounds like a truck stop until 8am. Then its back to beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice facility. It is a casino's campground. We stayed 4 days. The roads are paved and the sites are level concrete with nice spacing in between. Wi-Fi works well, pool is very nice and the staff is really friendly. We have stayed here before and will return again.

We had a great time. The park is nice and very clean. The Wi-Fi works well and is fast. The pool is covered by a screen room and is well maintained. The new on site restaurant "Exit 10" is a really cool mach up of a class A with slides and all, the food is super too. We stayed on a comp coupon for 7 days and had a great time. We will definitely return.

We stayed here a week and absolutely loved our time in this park. I found it to be clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and professional, one gentleman even moved my car trailer to a storage lot from my site and stored it free. The views of the bay are beautiful. Already scheduled our return trip, will stay longer next time.

Wow: this is a very nice park, a true resort. The staff is fantastic, service is impeccable, the park is spotless, the Zion area is beautiful. When I made my reservation I booked a premium site next to the river and was very happy with it. I received 14 channels over my TV antenna. Verizon cell service worked fine as did my air card, but didn't need the card. The resort WiFi worked great. We will surely be back.

Just as the web site says a great overnight spot nothing fancy. Very convenient to I-40, fuel and the Big Texan(restaurant). Staff was OK.

We stayed at the south side of the resort. The pool was great at the end of the long days. This is an awesome resort, every detail was very nice. Every corner is super clean. Can't wait to return.
