This park is hard to rate because you can't compare to American RV parks. For the area, this is one of the better bets as there is working water, electric, sewer and avail. showers/toilets. We only saw one other park that looked worth stopping at. The water pressure is very low and it is a good idea to close off the sewer line as you get nasty back draft. When you can locate the manager, he is very nice and helpful but definitely on Mexican time :-) We could not get a code for Wi-Fi, so don't count on it. This park is right across from the beach and Jorge's restaurant which has ice cold beer and great camarones and tacos. The area is a bit dirty and litter abounds, but maybe not so clean due to it being the off season. The park itself was clean and quiet and the owners appear to be expanding. THIS PARK IS ALL THE WAY AT THE END OF THE MAIN ST THAT RUNS ALONG THE OCEAN-BAHIA KINO NUEVO. As you pass by old town and pass by so many homes and markets, it feels like you are going too far, but be patient!
This park was nice and peaceful. The water line was a distance from the other hookups, but we made due. It may have just been the circumstances, but the park did not seem terribly kid friendly. Our site backed up to a cemetery so we had quiet neighbors!
The staff at this park was very nice and accommodating. The facility is a dirt lot and the pull through site was a little cramped, but worked for our 29' trailer. Not much room for the truck. The pool was small but fine for our kids to splash in; it needed cleaning, though. The restrooms and showers were run down and filthy and smokers inside made it worse. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi, but could not get a code to use it. The park is just down the road from Tombstone which was a fun time, but be prepared to pay for every little thing. We felt this park overcharged for what you got, but also were told the other parks were worse. The two tours that were really worth the time were the Courthouse tour and Boot Hill (no charge which was nice!). We decided against the OK Corral tourist trap due to the high price and there is so much info on the historical events elsewhere.
This park is very nice and clean with all of the amenities one could want. It is a bit noisy at night since it is right next to the freeway, but access is good. The staff is nice enough and helpful. We were very frustrated with the limited access to the shower/exercise/pool facilities which are supposedly open from 8a-8p. When we tried to take our kids swimming after a long day on the road, the pool had closed early (in their defense, the maintenance person let them in to splash for a few minutes). We tried to take a shower at 7:15 pm, but we were turned away and told the showers had been cleaned already, no exceptions. The park states quiet time is 10 pm but our kids were told to stop riding their bikes at 8 pm. This park is great is you don't mind CC&R's and very limited hours, but flexibility is not a priority here.
This park is easy to get to and had all the basic amenities one needs. The park is older and a little run down, but clean enough and seemed to have adequate security (glad for that!). The area is very loud with lots of traffic and a great deal of noise all night whether is was sirens screaming or loud people on the street. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The facility advertises an exercise area but it was just a couple of worn out cardio machines that need to be retired. We felt the space rent was far too expensive for what it was and the bargain breakfast was nothing to write home about.
