Friendly, helpful, bare basics camp. Easy to find, good pull off. The owner, who was working on his farm machinery, gave us a bunch of fresh-picked asparagus for our dinner. Would stay here again.
This is an overpriced park. It is basically a parking lot with a few amenities. The spaces are large enough and it was quite clean. The electric was fine. The internet when it worked was fine but it did not work much at all.
We stayed here for a week and loved it. It is a bit north of Logan in Smithfield Canyon but an easy drive to get to town. It is a back-in only and only one site so there is a lot of privacy. We had no problem backing in our 40 foot motor home. It has plenty of paved parking for both the motor home and our tow vehicle. The wireless Internet worked great. There are no public showers or restroom but with full hookup's we did not need them. The owners were responsive to all of our needs. It was nice to sit by the creek right outside and just relax with the creek and all of the trees. We never heard any of the traffic on the canyon road. We will definitely stay here again.
This park was fine but I gave it a lower rating due to the internet. They advertise that they have Wi-Fi however we never did get it to work for more than a few minutes. We complained that we could not keep connected and they said it had something to do with the electricity and that we could move to another site and it might be better. The sites are nice sized and they pick up garbage at the curb. We did not try any of the amenities.
We enjoyed this park. Employees were friendly and helpful. We did not notice the trains at all. The lots were gravel but were level. The only downside at all was the Wi-Fi. It only worked occasionally. When it did work, it was fine but that was a minority of the time. We would stay here again.
We stayed here in a motor home. We thought that they had internet but it never did work right and when we asked about it not working the lady at the desk said "it is what it is" and laughed. The only spaces for short term are in the back in a gravel parking lot. If we did not have friends living nearby we would not stay here at all. If you don't use their facilities the price is way out of line.
