Nice location near the bottom entrance to Sequoia National Park with easy walking distance to beach and river. Only giving a 6 on rating due to having rather muddy campsites in morning. They water the grass near sites every early morning, so it was muddy in some spots. Bathroom stalls are small and floor had muddy spots on it. Showers you have to pay for, and needed a deposit for key to gate for pool (returned when you finished). At least the beach/river access was free. Have a website: but it would be nice if you could make your reservations online too.
Very nice. Sites are concrete pads (either pull-through or back-in) with grass areas around us and picnic tables. Areas clean (shower, bathroom, pool). Love the shuttle service to the Disney Park (ran about every 20-30 minutes at a reasonable rate and drops you off near the gates). Back-in site was big enough for our 26 foot rig and our tow vehicle with our awning out.
Nice asphalt parking with grass, picnic table next to it with some trees. Have both pull through and back in spots. Easy registration but I don't care for walking up to hotel to register for RV when they can have the registration in building next to RV campground. WiFi connection available but it was variable on its speed. Easy access off of freeway. Would stay here again if passing through.
Nice shaded sites in a desert area. Long pull thrus where you can leave your tow vehicle attached if leaving the next day. Big clean bathrooms and showers. Giving it a 9 due to the fact that the site we pulled into at first had no electricity they did move us to another site. Could also have used a playground area for children.
Small sites, but shaded. Full Hookups. On edge of city but only a few blocks to the Yellowstone NP gate. City not big. Might stay here again if back in the area. Easy online reservations.
Narrow spots, no shaded sites, pull through spots but short. Couldn't leave trailer hooked up to tow vehicle if leaving the next day. Playground was not that great: broken swing on swing set which was all they had. Continental b'fast which only consisted of orange punch or coffee and pastry or muffin. Showers: had to get a token which was only good for 15 minutes.
Little out of the way, but the place was shaded and the price was great. Lots of trees with your choice of either pull throughs or back ins. Nice to have a pool with a slide and lifeguards present. No cable TV or Wi-Fi available. Will definitely stay here again if passing through.
They need to take pool out of AAA camping book for this place. We expected it, yet it had been closed for a long time. Gravel sites were actually overgrown with grass and weeds. Pull through sites and Wi-Fi when it worked. Good if you are just passing through.
