I would give this campground higher marks if they had level sites. They need to work to get their sites a little bit level. Most coaches had their tires off the ground, and to keep ours on the ground, I had to walk up hill a tad in my coach. There is some freeway noise, and in some spots, it is excessive, but they do have large trees as a barrier. The staff is nice and friendly, and it is a convenient campground to the city of Greensboro, but they need work on their sites.

This is a cute little campground that is clean and quiet. It is set in a country atmosphere and there are horses on the property. Sites are reasonably level and all services worked fine. The owners were very nice and this was just an overnight stay for us.

Nice clean campground with very little space inbetween motorhomes. They really pack you in during the winter months. Makes it hard to walk dogs, but it worked out. The "snowbirds" were nice and friendly.

Nice campground that we use as an overnight stay. They have a nice cafe on the lake that cooks a great breakfast. My only complaint about this campground is there is some freeway noise and once in a while, I hear a plane from the nearby airport.

This used to be one of my favorite campgrounds, but it is starting to see a little age. It really needs a good tree trimming. First the great things about the park. 1. It is a very close to Charleston. 2. Large sites and friendly staff especially campground hosts. 3. The campground is in a large park with lots of bike riding trails and a GREAT dog park. 4. Wi-Fi that works most of the time. Now for the things that need work: 1. Most sites have gotten way out of level. 2. The park floods with any moderate/heavy rain and with a lot of electrical boxes you are standing in water to plug in or unplug. 3. Hardly any sites get Direct TV on a dome unless you drag a dish because of the heavy canopy of trees. (Really need to trim because tall motorhomes and 5th wheels brush the trees and bushes.) 4. Interior roads have large pot holes. 5. This campground used to be very clean, but now there is trash/cut down branches scattered around the park. Just looks messy. 6. Electric power is weak at times. I have been coming here for years, and I have just seen a decline in this campground. I hope they take care of it and make it nice once again.

I might feel totally different about this campground if it was full, but since this was at the end of the season, it was pretty empty. It is woodsy, has large sites, and lots of things to do. It is a short drive to the beach, but it does have a man made lake in case you do not want to drive to the beach. This would be a perfect place to camp with children.

This campground needs a facelift since it looks a bit tired. The sites are very unlevel and I could not get the coach quite level in our site. Many of our neighbors had their wheels off the ground. There was also a lot of highway noise since the campground sits right along the side of the freeway. It is convenient to Greensboro though.

This is a very nice and convenient park close to Washington DC. The staff is efficient and the park is well kept. I would have given this park a 10 except that their sites are not level. They are doing some construction in the park until next year, so some of the sites might be a bit dusty.

Beautiful campground! Lots of open spaces and places to hike with the dog. We used this as a gateway to Pittsburgh which was a hike, but it worked. The sites were reasonably level and the pull throughs were VERY long. The Wi-Fi worked well. We would stay here again.

The pros on this campground is the staff who are friendly and efficient. It is also convenient to Columbus and the campground was clean. The negatives are: 1) it is on a very busy highway, and the campground is close to the street. 2) There is a train that goes by during the evening/night hours that woke me up. 3) There is not a great place to walk big dogs which need a lot of exercise. 4) RV's are right on top of each other with almost no space in between slide outs.

We camped here in a 40 foot RV but the access road doesn't really handle big rigs. There is one spot for a large RV: no sewer, no shade, but a power pole and water. You have to drive up a large grass hill to get there, and I would not try it if it had rained recently. It had been very dry, so my husband said no problem. We scraped the front spoiler just a bit. This is a lovely spot, but just not big rig friendly. Their actual campground is strange. They have a number of permanent people living here, so the people coming in would have to go down a fairly steep hill to camp. I would not try this in anything larger than a 25 foot. It has power, water and sewer, but the access road looks difficult.

This was the worst KOA I have stayed at. The majority of their pull throughs were very short for a 40 foot RV and not enough space to park a car behind it, so most people were squeezing their toads into the narrow roads. There was not much space in between RV's either. The employees at KOA's are usually very friendly and helpful, but not here. There is lots of deferred maintenance in this park. Their asphalt roads need work and a small amount of trash and cigarette butts cover the park. The dog park has agility obstacles, but they are falling apart and are dangerous for dogs. The worst part is the construction noise going on in a section of the park. They started way too early on a Saturday and Sunday. They park was overpriced for what you get. I would stay at either of the other two campgrounds close by.

This is a decent park but the sites are a little too close together for RVs with slides. The park is clean and well cared for, but stay away from the row along the freeway--noisy. The Wi-Fi works well and their cable TV also works well. The staff is helpful and bent over backward to make our stay enjoyable.

This park needs a face-lift. The right turn into the park is more than 90 degrees so be prepared in a big rig. The gate when leaving the park is also tight for a big rig--you can get through, but it is snug when towing. The sites are close together and not all have sewer. Low hanging trees, electrical wires running across the streets--this park has just seen better days. It does have a wonderful location though.

This was a good one to two night campground. It was a decent clean park with quite a few permanent people living here (working in the area). There was noise from the highway if your site was close to the road, but the sites away from the road were quiet. There was a large open grass area to walk a dog. Wi-Fi was slow, but they said they had just laid all new cable and were putting in a brand new system. It should be in any day. Staff was helpful and price was great. I would camp here again.

This park is undergoing some renovations. They are putting some pull-through campsites behind their existing campground. The Wi-Fi worked once in a while. My husband thought that the interior roads were a bit narrow for a big rig, but the sites were easy to get into. People did not clean up after their dogs and there is a lot of road noise so I suggest getting a site away from the road if this bothers you.

This is a wonderful park with the location and the beauty of the park. It is very well taken care of. Yes, the sites are close together, but you can understand why due to the proximity to the beach. They have the best dog park. It is a huge fenced in grass area on the bay in San Diego. A large dog can actually play fetch. They also have a large playground for children, a skate park, a gym, pool, hot tub, beach, large grass areas for picnics, horseshoes, and it is close to Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and La Jolla. Expensive, yes, and my price reflects a monthly rate, but worth it. Kids will love this park!! Wi-Fi is slow, but it does work most of the time.

Oh my, this place was awful. What a run down campground. It is full of people living here in not so nice trailers with broken windows, pit bulls in the yards, and trash around their place. I was afraid to walk my dog. The burrs picked up in his coat were awful. I could not wait to get out of here. We should have kept going or slept in a truck stop. Never again will I stay here. It was also hard to get a 40 foot RV into this campground.

Could hear trains coming and going most of the night, but I suspect most of the RV parks in Benson hear trains. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had a pull-through site which was really long. They are pet friendly, and their wi-fi was a bit slow, but adequate.

This is a nice clean campground with friendly people running it. They have nice pull through spaces that are fairly level. My husband said their work out gym was wonderful. They are also pet friendly. My only complaint is that they use Tengo Internet (free for the campers) which only allows one person to be online at a time.

What a nice pretty RV park! They have very long pull through sites and the streets are easy to navigate through. We were in the back of the park and it was very quiet. The park is very pet friendly and there is plenty of grass to walk the dog. They do have adequate Wi-Fi. This park is right in the middle of the city, so it is close to all the action. The staff is nice and accommodating too.

This was an overnight stop for us. The pluses for this campground are that they are close to "Cattleman's Steakhouse", and the full hookups that work for $25. But, I think $25 is too much for this park. The bathhouses are closed, the grounds have trash all over, sites are narrow, and Wi-Fi does not work at campsites. There are only 5 campsites with 50 amp power. The rest have 30 amp and all but one of those sites are taken up with permanent residents that don't need 50 amp. I am being generous with a 2 rating. Walking a long haired dog in this park is a challenge because of the burrs. This park has seen better days.

I found this campground depressing. The sites were very close together and gravel, but at least our site was level. There were a number of run down looking RV's in the campground. The campground hosts were not at all helpful. The park DOES have wireless internet, but my husband had to call management to find out about it. I think if I go to Memphis again, I will seek out another campground. Power, water ,and sewer worked fine. Dogs were welcome.

I stayed at this campground for a month and it is just a blacktop parking lot with hook-ups and several small trees. The staff is very friendly. They do have a fenced dog run, but it is small and just dirt. The Wi-Fi does not work very well. This campground is surrounded by some not so nice mobile homes that should have been torn down years ago.

This is a tight fit for some of the big rigs. We are 40 feet and got lucky that we had an easy spot to get into, but saw a poor man with a 35 foot motorhome struggle to get into a spot. This is basically a parking lot that has been retro fitted into a campground. Unless you really need power, I would go into the other campground and just run your generator. The wi-fi does not reach into the campsites. The sewer is also oddly configured.

The campsites are close together, but it is in a very convenient area to South Padre Island. The wi-fi internet worked wonderfully (quite fast, and I never got bumped), and I can't say that about too many parks. The electrical power and water worked perfectly, too. The "Winter Texans" were very nice and friendly in this park. The park was a bit shabby looking, so I would not want to spend months here, but at $24 a night for 3 nights, this was a bargain. This is a very dog friendly park which is nice. It had some grass, and I was welcome to walk wherever I wanted with my dog as long as I cleaned up after him. I would stay here again.
