This place at one time had great potential. It looks like it was fairly new (maybe 1-5 years) but lack of maintenance has turned it into a very shabby looking place. The pool is a joke - not much bigger than a couple of bath tubs put together. For the price we will not stay there again.
Gave this a 7 rating but it was border line. This park has fairly large sites and is a good park for one night if traveling through. I was very disappointed in the poor cable TV, (four or five channels of poor quality) and the poor Wi-Fi. I could see the Wi-Fi antenna from my site, but after spending 30 minutes on the phone with the Nomad tech we both gave up. My Wi-Fi worked fine at the next campground. I would only stay here if passing through.
This is a beautiful well run park. My only complaint is lack of cable or satellite tv. If you have your own satellite dish you are probably ok but as nice as the park is you would think they would take that extra step. While I inspected the bathroom and showers (very very nice and clean) I did not use. They do charge people to use the shower which at seems wrong if you are guest. I would stay there again.
The owners and staff are very very friendly folks. They are making big improvements to the park but have a long way to go. None of the parks in Moab are beautiful or outstanding but maybe with the improvements to this one someday they may achieve that.
Nice clean, quiet place. Out in the country, but worth staying at if you are doing things in the area. We took a dinner cruise on the 1000 Springs Boat tours which was only 15 minutes away. Nice time all the way around. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.
Great Campground. Previous reviews from others is very accurate. Great friendly staff who are very helpful in letting you know what is in town. Nice clean park. Near center of town, but don't worry the town gets very quiet at night. Will stay here again.
