Nice park - grass between sites which is unusual in Moab. Roads were paved which kept dust down. Sites were spacious but did slope a bit. No pool but you can swim in a pond. Handy to town and attractions. WiFi was good and cable exceptional in selection. Speed limit is only 5 mph which is a little low! Hope that manager doesn't catch me.

This was our biggest disappointment on our two month trip. The sites were very tight and there were too many bushes and poorly placed trees around the site. Despite our best efforts, we scratched our trailer on a tree on the corner of the site. After setting up we found out that there was no TV reception and no cable on our site. We were told that we did not have full hookups (we had agreed to go without sewer) so we did not have cable. We cancelled our remaining four nights as we found much better accommodations elsewhere in Moab.

Very handy campground to Bryce NP. Site was spacious and long. WiFi was only available from office area (we used laundry). There was hardly any TV reception - this park needs cable for sure. The park was suitable for a short term stay but I would not stay for any length of time due to poor WiFi, TV, and distance to pool and showers.

Very handy campground to the Zion NP. Sites were fine, lots of shade but fire pits were too close to adjoining sites. We did not use the pool. The Zion shuttle was just outside the front gate, very handy. Restaurant could be handy but we did not use it. I would have rated this higher but sites need graded and leveled and trees need trimmed - the one on our site kept rubbing on our awning.

This is a parking lot with hookups. However it is clean and close to the "strip". They provide a shuttle service but we found it difficult to get one back into the campground later at night. TV reception was horrible and there is no cable. Since the purpose of the visit was to see the casinos we spent very little time there so it fitted out purposes very well. It is also very handy to I-15 but pay attention on how to access off Safari Avenue.

Nice park - found it a little dusty due to all gravel roads. Sites were clean but narrow. Lots of shade. WiFi was only good if you went to the clubhouse where it was very good and it was free. Swimming pool needs new furniture.

This is am over 55 RV and Mobile Home Park. There were many RV's as well as mobile homes. The park is well situated and close to all conveniences. We stayed using a Passport America rate so the rate was 50% of their normal rate. Sites are all back in but we were able to back in easily due to the assistance of park personnel who showed us to the site. People were very friendly and we felt quite at home. Facilities were not as large as other parks in the area but this park is much smaller so sharing these with others is not a problem. WiFi was good on our site but is said to be poor on others. Some people used the club house for their internet. Washrooms were spotless and there were lots of showers available. They allow children for short visits. There is a cafe on site - breakfast and lunch in season. Our favorite park in the area out of four tried.

This is an over-55 RV and Mobile Home Park and is a sister park to Good Life RV Resort. We got the off-season rate using a Passport America membership. Rates are double in the peak season and discount is limited to 7 days. This is not a family park but there were lots of younger visitors while we were there. There were many RV's including 5th wheels and motor homes using the park on a short term basis. Sites were spacious but are designed to hold a mobile home so leaving your tow vehicle hooked up for an over night stay is an unlikely possibility. Staff were excellent and we were lead to the site and assisted in backing our trailer into the site. The facilities are exceptional, especially the pools and spas which we used extensively. The two pools are kept at different temperatures as are the two spas although the one spa was not working due to electrical issues. There was one very large covered area to keep you in the shade as required but it was outside the pool enclosure. Restrooms were very clean and spacious. Telephone and cable are available for long term stays only and the Internet is user pay. This is a good park as long as you realize it is mainly a mobile home park.

There were many RV's including 5th wheels and motor homes using the park on a short term basis. Sites were spacious but are designed to hold a mobile home so leaving your tow vehicle hooked up for an over night stay is not possible. Streets were reasonably wide but backing in is a bit of a challenge with mobile homes across the street and a grapefruit tree on each lot. Staff were quite helpful. The park is very pleasing to the eye with lots of trees and flowers. The facilities are exceptional, especially the pools and spas which we used extensively. There are two pools areas, both with pools and spas. Total of 4 pools and 2 spas in two locations. Shaded areas around the pools was very limited but there were lots of chairs and lounges. Restrooms were very clean and spacious. The laundry rooms were very large and clean, the best we have seen. Telephone and cable are available for long term stays only. Internet is free but some sites have marginal service. There is a computer room with 39 computers and space to hook up your laptops directly using the ethernet cable. There is both a hair salon and a barber shop(open October to April). This is an excellent park as long as you realize it is mostly a mobile home park.

We have used this campground 3 years in a row as it is very convenient to the highway. Pull through sites are a must when just passing through and these are fine if not a little tight for our 32' house trailer and truck with an overall length of 52 feet. Facilities are good and the WiFi was free which made the price reasonable. This was very early in the season so the pool was not open. It does have many trees which would be good in mid summer.

This is an over-55 RV and Mobile Home Park. We got the off-season rate using a Passport America membership. Rates are double in the peak season and discount is limited to 7 days. This is not a family park but we found it very friendly and met many people who live here for extended times. There were many RV's including 5th wheels and motor homes using the park on a short term basis. Staff were excellent and we were lead to the site and assisted in backing our trailer into the site. The facilities are exceptional, especially the pools and spas which we used extensively. The two pools are kept at different temperatures as are the two spas so we had "just the right temperature" that we wanted. There were two very large covered areas to keep you in the shade as required. Restrooms were very clean and spacious. Telephone and cable are available for long term stays only and Internet is user pay. We may stay longer on our next visit, an excellent park as long as you realize it is mainly a mobile home park.

We stayed at this park overnight this year but had stayed here 3 weeks last year. The facilities are excellent and we enjoyed the pool and recreation hall very much. The washrooms were very clean and we used them quite often. The only downside of this park is that there are technically no pull through sites. When we arrived we were able to use the site behind us to "pull through" as the parks was not particularly full at this time. However with near full conditions you would have to back into your site. The only other problem was that the site we were assigned had only 50 amp and 15 amp service. We have a 30 amp service so we had to use the 15 amp service as I did not have the proper adapter (since purchased!). The railroad noise is noticable but not overbearing. We would return again.

We were reluctant to try this park due to previous ratings. However, it was so attractive from the highway, we went in and registered. The park is very clean and neat and all sites are on concrete pads. There was noise from the airport but mostly light planes and we really did not notice them. The sites are small. I would recommend a view of the site prior to registering to ensure that you can get in. We had empty sites across the road that allowed us to back in easier. The pull thru site were easy to get into but as noted, are on the highway and are very narrow. We were happy with the campground and were not inclined to move.
