Park was okay, but pricey, the only thing that justified the price was the location. Still has some compounds; one even had a full sized side by side refrigerator! Many empty sites. I guess it still has a reputation for noise. We left before the week-end crowd showed up.
A lot of permanent residents, like you find in any Florida Park, everybody was very friendly. The staff upon check in was very friendly and helpful, the site was a little tight getting into and out, but once parked it was very comfortable, plenty of room for slides. We spent a week here and it was very enjoyable.
We felt this was a wonderful park. It is newer, so the planted trees need more growth. Everything else was great; beautiful clean bathrooms, good holiday weekend entertainment and so nice to have the Trolley right there.
This was a very nice park, but there were a lot of permanent sites. Although the rest rooms and showers were clean, there is only 1 building for the whole park, which is fairly large. The staff was very helpful and friendly, has a pool with a lifeguard, but no activities for kids during the week, only on weekends. We also wondered where the cars full of kids kept coming from, it was a very hot week we were there, and they came, spent the day, and left in the evening.
Advertised WiFi and cable TV, but these were not available except at seasonal sites; we had to go up to the Barn for WiFi. We were also looking forward to the advertised breakfast in the barn, but it is only open seasonally. A lot of full time campers, but our part was very nice, showers and baths were very clean. Staff was helpful and right in front was a bus shuttle to the falls.
Nice view of the Bay of Fundy and the sea caves near the Fundy Trail. We were concerned about a group of young people tent camping nearby, but owner gave them quite a check-in lecture, and everything was fine. We enjoyed this park.
