We very much enjoyed our week stay here. 50 amp service, the pool and spa were clean and very nice being indoors, laundry room and showers were clean. They had several events happening...ice cream socials, a "garage' sale, hamburger night ...all with really warm and friendly staff and RVers. We played pool and visited, used their mail room a few times. Yes, it's gravel and can be windy, but hey! it's the desert!
Nice long pull-throughs and lots of grass. But, it is very pricey to stay here. Most KOA's are getting way too expensive. Proximity to I-10 made for a lot of traffic noise 24/7, especially trucks. Showers were warm at best and had a smell to the water. Internet was painfully slow. Staff was great and they have a nice pool. Pretty good fenced dog park. Near to river and various stores and places to eat. Price is the main thing that will keep us from staying here again.
This was a great park. Sites were pretty level and grass areas between each. Hookups were easy to use. Very few people here at this time. Office staff was great, very helpful. Lots of places to see in the surrounding areas. WiFi and cable TV worked well. Verizon phone had no problem. DirecTV worked also. Clean showers, with individual rooms. Pool was not open at this time. Very well stocked store in the office. Playground, basketball court and horseshoes. Will stay here again for sure. Rate base on AAA discount.
Park is right next to I-90, so lot's of noise. Just not what we expected. Okay for an overnight. We were supposed to stay 3 days, but left the next day. No one in office on arrival. A travel trailer came in next to us and they are also leaving early. There is a playground, but not in good shape. Pool was not ready. Did not use bathrooms or laundry. Would stay again if nothing else available.
