Should be a good park. It has wide paved roads, nice indoor pool, and spa. We stayed 3 nights over a weekend, and the place was overrun with children. Get a back in site: there is lots of room. We got a pull through and it was narrow. There was a built up patio on one side and posts on the other 9' from the patio. It takes a bit to position so your slides don't hit anything. So close to neighbor that I couldn't put out awning. Arrived Friday at noon. The skid marks on the toilets were there til Monday. Only one restroom/shower for 438 spaces. Always lined up and never cleaned in 3 days.
Stayed a week. Not a bad park with good managers. Wi-Fi was Tengo and we could not get it at our site. The park is flat and there is no drainage. It rained and even the paved road was under water. After 6 days of no rain the site was still muddy. Pull throughs are OK but the road is so narrow its almost impossible to get in and out unless the site next to you is empty. Watched a number of people going back and forth trying to get out. If you have a long motorhome or trailer you might want to look elsewhere.
New park currently under construction. Rates may increase once pool completed and roads paved. Nice pond with wildlife, beautiful fitness facility, clubhouse, new showers and restrooms. Has new laundry. Quiet park, free Wi-Fi. Large sites with great management.
Stayed in the Pull through sites: nice, concrete and long. A very reactive park. Power kept going out. They fixed it, but the power was off for 2 days with no rent reduction. The pool was broken, the water service intermittent, fitness machine broken, etc., etc. Nice park but it's falling apart. For $60+ one would expect better.
