$15 was discount price for Camp club. Park is mostly full time park models with some spaces for stop overs. For the price it is a very good park. Everything was clean and well cared for. There is some train noise. Stayed one night and would come back.
OK for an overnight stay. Internal roads are very narrow and gravel. This is a former KOA park. Lady in the office was very nice and helpful. For the amenities it's a solid value. We would stay here again. It is a quiet location but still close to I-10.
This park is just a big grass field with hookups. There is nothing that would make anyone to stay more than an overnight. We paid $20 which was a discounted rate. If we had paid $40 it would have been overpriced. The grass was recently mowed and stuck to the soles of our shoes which tracked into the coach. It is a quiet park.
The $60 paid was a "discounted" price. This park is very overpriced for amenities and condition of the park. When I made the reservation, I requested a waterfront spot. Unfortunately, they forgot to tell me that the hookups would be on the opposite side if I wanted to FACE the water! I was told that people who stayed here before just knew they needed longer hoses, etc. What a waste of money. The laundry room left a lot to be desired. The park is all gravel and dusty. We would not stay here again.
When I called to check on availability I requested a pull through site. When I got here I found out they don't have pull throughs. The manager was helpful but I had to drive around some to find a spot I could fit in. Most units are full time as this is a trailer park. No cable TV or 50amp available. The park is overpriced for what amenities exist. Paved streets, gravel/grass lots.
$20 was discount price. OK for the price. Interior roads gravel and somewhat dusty. Our space was not level and I would have had to raise the tag wheels off the ground to level (won't happen). The park is being upgraded and should be a nice place when more work is done. I may stay again if provided a more level space. People in the office were friendly and helpful.
The term "Resort" should not be in the name. This is the worst park we stayed in during our long trip. I called ahead and was told there was large pull through sites. That was true, but with the car on the back of the motorhome, and the water and electric on the opposite side of the MH, I had to unhook the car and back the MH up to be able to reach the connections. We could literally feel the ground shake as the trains would pass thru during the night. I think the tracks went through the park! We would not stay at this park again.
$14 is Camp Club USA rate. Even for the regular rate this is a good park. The road width for turning is a bit tight for a large motorhome. Paved roads are nice, no dust. Space width was tight. I did have one concern, there was not a reservation for us when I showed up at the park and the office was closed. I did call ahead and was told a spot would be available. It was, and we hooked up, but nothing was reserved and the park was full a couple of hours after we got there. That could have been a big problem. The laundry space is spotless and very comfortable with chairs and reading material. We would definitely stay her again.
We have stayed at this park three times both in a travel trailer and more recently in a motorhome. This is an excellent park for the Passport America price of $24 during the week. The park is very clean and the people in the office are helpful. It is also very quiet at night. the park is several miles from the people we were visiting but it has always been worth it to drive a bit further (Round Rock). I recommend this park when visiting Austion or outlying areas.
