Not much grass here and the dog area has no grass, only gravel. The sites are very close together and a challenge to get into. Park was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location is what they have going for them.
Nice and quiet: a perfect stop for a night heading north or south through Washington. We arrived after hours and left before the office opened. Were told to just call the next day to pay. Would stay here again.
This is like no other campground we've been to. You are treated like a guest in a fine hotel. The dog area is too small and as usual not everyone cleans up. You are allowed to walk your dogs anywhere on the property though. The shuttle service is very nice with very little wait. We could have stayed for a month if we had the time. The only issue is the sewer hook ups are in the middle of the grass so if you are sitting outside you are looking right at the neighbor's sewer hook up.
Not as nice as expected based on cost. Only Super Sites have poured concrete pads. Remainder are some sort of crushed gravel that sticks to your shoes, making it difficult to keep the RV floor clean. Full time area is in bad shape and would not want to be close to it. Very old units in disrepair. New fenced pet area nice size but was half dirt. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, they are about the only RV park in the area.
