The place is nice enough and I have recommended many people to stay here when they come to visit us, as it is very near our home. But unfortunately, they really disappointed me this time. Coming off of a 2300 mile trip, I wanted to dump my holding tanks, and then take my rig up the road to storage. Most places charge 3-5 bucks for this, but not RV Ranch. $20.00 to be there for 15 minutes and dump my holding tanks. I know they are high and nickel and dime a lot, so I expected to pay $10, and wouldn't have complained, but $20 is extortion. I will be looking for somewhere else, even if it is out of my way. Not good guys, there was no reason to charge that much.
Was a little disappointed in being charged for a full night's stay when I parked there during the day for 8 hours. But I guess everyone has to make a living. Roads in are ok, but a bit narrow, park is adjacent to a large mobile home development, but all in all, it seems ok. Would stay here overnight, would not plan a trip around this place. Good location at junction of I-57 and I-70, with plenty of services nearby
Very clean and well maintained. The view is stunning. We would plan a trip around this place and will definitely stay here if we are coming to Hot Springs. Road in is steep and curvy, but totally doable and black top is in great shape throughout. All of the hookups are easily accessible and if you get a chance, get site C-11. You won't be disappointed, best view in the park.
Good for an overnight stay, which is all I needed. Park was inhabited by several working types who had about 10 vehicles and 2 park models, complete with pit bull. I know that is not the park's fault, but it was there just the same. Close to the highway, but not marked at the exit, so go east off of 57 about 1/4mi and then hang a left. Never did find the dumpster. Would stay if I was passing through, but would not plan a trip around it.
Had a very pleasant stay here. The only thing holding back a 10 is the fact that they do not accept credit cards, though when I made the reservation, they were kind enough to point that out so I didn't show up empty handed. Courteous staff, the roads and turns are a bit tight, but manageable in my 30' pull-behind. Some road noise, but not really enough to bother you. Will definitely stay here whenever I come back.
Wow, what a great place to stay. We stayed for 4 nights here, and couldn't ask for a better park. Now the pool was under repair when we got there, but fixed the same day and the power went out from a storm for about 4 hours, but not the park's fault. I would suggest that the grade in the fenced dog park be raised, as it is in a low area and stays pretty wet after a rain. The sprinklers may run too much in the playground as it stayed pretty wet too. Showers were super clean, staff was great, plenty to do there too. You will probably want to make sure you can raise up one side of your rig 2" to account for the slope on many of the pads. We were particularly impressed when we were shown our site and the staff member got off her cart and cleaned the picnic table with sanitizer & swept out the area for spider webs. All rigs in the park were in good shape, no eye sorers. You really can't tell who are long term residents because everyone keeps their area picked up and neat. Great Job!
Nice place. Bugs were a killer. The sites have no sewer but a dump site is close by. Not many people around and the view of the water is great. Good value. Nice auto tour of wildlife area very close. Lots of deer, cranes, etc. Would definitely recommend. Hope they upgrade to sewer someday
Liked the access and area. Pool was a little dirty and the sites are very close to each other, so it is hard to deploy your awning without encroaching on the next slot. Great staff, little pricey ($40 E/W/S 2 adults 2 kids) Overall a good place to stop. Nice playground.
