We were off the road due to a rain storm. The check-in was a joke. Office worker was cold and rude. We asked for restaurant info and Biltmore info, and we received absolutely nothing. The price of $45.00 is way overpriced for what you get. Cable TV was lousy and Wi-Fi was nonexistent. Informed owner and was told it was my computer. I proceeded to use the restroom and shower house was disgusting. There were cobwebs all over, dead bugs in the sink, and the toilet bowl was dirty. I'm a good Sam member they gave this place a 10 for restrooms. I called them and suggested they go out and recheck this property. It would OK for a overnight stay just don't use showers or expect Wi-Fi.
This park was conveniently right off highway. The cable and Wi-Fi were great. The restrooms could of been cleaner. The very nice young lady in the office was a great help to my wife who is in a wheelchair. That was very much appreciated. Now what I found to be wrong, The older gentleman who checked us in took 30 minutes trying to do his job when he finally took us to our site his attitude took over. I have driven a large RV for years. I had a hard time understanding his directions. I was then informed I did not know what i was doing. Incidentally, that same day another victim of his scratched his RV due to his direction. Otherwise, I would return to this park - one bad apple doesn't ruin it.
