Very nice campground close to a lake. Level sites with partially with own deck. Clean and spacious washrooms and showers.

As someone else wrote about this campground earlier, it is rather a gravel park with small trees in between. This is not the kind of campground you will go to if you are looking for private sites, firepits and a great experience in the outdoors. However, if you are looking for a clean and hassle free place only minutes away from downtown Winnipeg and a base for visits to Winnipeg and the surrounding area, this is your campground. All sites are extremely level and with full services (water, power, sewer). As the park is a little away from the highway and surrounded by trees, it is quiet. The hosts are very friendly and this campground has the cleanest and best maintained washrooms I have ever seen! I would love to have the shower here in my own house! WiFi is available at highspeed quality, so I didn't bother to pay the fee of $7 for it. The rates are very reasonable for a campground so close to the city.

A good campground for overnight stays while travelling east or west. Has gravel sites with lots of grass and trees. Rather close to highway 1 but not bothering. Free internet. Used, but fairly clean washrooms.

Nice campground a little bit outside Indian Head. Most of the sites are pull-through and in between trees. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are in good working order and clean. Free WIFI is available on the sites. Overall a very nice campground - except for the railway line nearby with constant and very annoying traffic 24 hours a day! Would have given a higher rating otherwise!

The campground has some nice pull-through sites farther away from the highway as well as back-in and tent sites closer to the highway. We stayed at a site with water and electricity closer to the highway. The highway was not bothering us, however, most of the back-in sites are next to a service road with traffic all day! If you stay here, pick one of the pull-through sites! WIFI apparently only works close to the office although advertised as being available on all sites. There is a playground area and an indoor pool (did not use it). Washrooms are in surprisingly used condition and were unfortunately not very clean.

This campground is right off Highway 1 although this is surprisingly not as bothering as we initially thought. The campground is in a little park with lots of trees around the park and in between the sites. It feels rather like a provincial park than a private campground. The campground office and all amenities are setup with a tropical theme: palm trees everywhere, an outdoor whirlpool and much more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All amenities are in good working order and clean. Free WIFI is available but only right next to the office. Unfortunately, the additional tent campsites on the lower level next to the creek and the outside pool (currently closed) are still closed due to the damage done during last year's floods. Campsites at the upper level have not been damaged by this.

Generally nice layout of the campground. A lot of green spaces. However not many trees to provide shade. Washrooms are in the middle of the campground - showers are coin operated ($1/4min -unfortunately, showers take approx. 1-2 minutes to get hot). Staff is very friendly and helpful. WIFI is available throughout the campground free of charge. Very annoying speed-bumps across the area. During our visit, we had a heavy mosquito plague - no chance to sit outside without a mosquito tent.

We enjoyed our stay at this Campground very much. There are various sites available for tents, motorhomes and smaller travel trailers. Big rigs and even medium size travel trailers exceeding 27ft might have problems getting through the rather narrow campground loop and are likely to be directed to the overflow or special RV-area. The main campground is located on a small hill so the view around through the trees on the nearby lakes is quite nice. The sites are in between the trees and rather private. Showers and restrooms are in very good shape and clean. Park staff is very friendly and helpful (as in all NP's). There are plenty of amenities around for a joyful stay such a trails, cooking shelters, a playground and even a golf course (of course to be paid separately) with an adjacent club house with restaurant (open to the public). During our stay, we have been able to see bisons grazing right in front of our trailer location. (Although the campground is fenced, bison are able to 'swim in' through the lake!)

A very nice campground right in the city but in between trees and next to Whitemud Creek. The sites are very private and the washrooms and showers are in good condition and clean. Unfortunately, the laundry was not yet open during our stay with our travel trailer due to the freezing temperatures. Staff is very friendly. Firewood is available against fee. There is a playground for kids available. The nearby Whitemud Drive is not bothering, especially not on the sites further to the back.

We stayed here several nights with our travel trailer to have a base for our business around Calgary. The campground is very well organised. Washrooms and showers are clean and in good working condition. The sites are very level and big rig friendly. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi does only work in the sites just close to the main office. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. The rather close Highway 1 did not bother at all. A campsite we like to come back whenever we are around Calgary.
