This is a great campground. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The park is close to shopping and restaurants and very near Charlotte Motor Speedway. We stay here every time we come to the area.
This is an absolutely beautiful park! The views are magnificent! Campsites are well kept with concrete picnic tables and benches and grill. The bathhouses are well kept with plenty of water pressure! The park is convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., but when in the campground you feel like you are far removed from civilization. We will certainly camp here again when in the area.
We stopped at this park while traveling across Texas. It is a great stop for overnight. The grounds are clean and well kept. Since we were only staying the night we opted for a pull-through site which was packed gravel with a concrete patio. The best part is that they have a cafe that offers breakfast and dinner. The food was great (especially the ribs!) I would definitely return to this park when in the area.
This is a Thousand Trails park and the rate paid reflects the upgrade to a 50 AMP site. We parked right across from the lake and had a beautiful view. The deer were everywhere! Our site was shaded but we were still able to get satellite coverage. The roads are paved and the RV sites are packed gravel. Our site was nice and level. The lake is down so the ramps were not available to boaters. We loved this park and would definitely return for a longer stay.
This is a nice older Thousand Trails park. They have upgraded quite a few sites with 50 AMP, concrete patios and well packed gravel for the parking pad. We were able to find a site that allowed us to use our satellite and still have some shade. There were deer wandering the park and lots of areas in which to walk the dog and get some exercise. We did not use the pool or spa but they were available. The park is pretty convenient to restaurants, which is not always the case with Thousand Trails parks. We enjoyed the park and would stay here again when in the area.
We enjoyed our stay at the Casino RV Park. There are 15 sites, all concrete with concrete patios. The sites were big enough for our 43 foot motorhome and had grassy areas which our dog was happy about! There is no pool or other facilities, but you can use the facilities at the casino, which are very nice.
This is a beautifully kept park with large, level RV sites. The manager showed us to our site when we arrived and made sure to place us on a site where our satellite would work. We were only there for one night but would love to return to stay longer.
