No Internet access, no cable TV. Overpriced for end of season. Ant nests everywhere. Site had little grass and was mostly dirt. Would not stay here again unless in a pinch for an overnight.

One of the top parks in the country. Owned by a local family who also owns the Petoskey KOA. Outstanding staff. Phase III lots are now open and are selling well. Petoskey area is beautiful. Class A only.

Nice park, great people in the office, and owner on site. Only problem is the "fitness center." It's not useable...it's not air conditioned, and some of the few machines don't work. It was 86 degrees in the "fitness center." Should close it or make it usable.

Two side-by-side sites use same water hookup, so neither one has decent water pressure. I had to remove my water filter to get any water into the coach. Sites are not kept up, lots of ruts, and the road coming in is really bad. Site not level. Trees are not trimmed and scratch your motorhome. Place is run down and needs repairs. Very expensive at $44 per night with no cable TV.

We were here over two years ago and went back to check it out. It was a very disappointing experience. There is still no pool, no tennis, no workout area, and we were not allowed to use the clubhouse. We asked the manager when will the pool be finished? He said he stopped asking the owner. It is a very expensive place with nothing to do. Internet is an extra 4.00 per day and didn't work as promised. We asked for a partial refund of the internet service, and were told no. We asked to speak to the owner and was told no. Why drive 21 miles from I-75 in Gainesville to be treated so poorly, pay high rates for promised amenities that have not been completed in over two years, and be so far away from everything?

Not a bad park, but certainly not a 9-10. No grass for your pet, and one dumpster which seems like a 1/2 mile from our site. Lots of dust with gravel sites. Could not sit outside due to the smell of something like a dead animal coming from the site next to us, but no people were there, only a coach. Getting to the park is challenging, but can be done. Tough road for a big rig.

They need to cut the grass and treat for ants. Wireless internet is poor. Most importantly, the staff (particularly the manager) is rude and not very helpful. We were screamed at for carrying a small maltese dog to check in. No sign is posted that says dogs are not allowed. One morning I asked the manager for a code for the internet which is needed, and I was told "get out, we are not open yet". He could have handed me a small piece of paper with the code on it, but he chose not to. We also witnessed customers being yelled at for "pulling into the wrong lane" at check in. How are we to know which lane is the correct one, since no signs are posted for check in. The park is a Legacy Park, which is a group of parks, and I will be contacting Legacy about the poor management and staff at this park.

The site was a large pull through, complete with beer bottles, cigarette butts, bottle caps, and empty cigarette boxes from previous stays. Plus you pay $5 for one night of internet service. We did not have a very good time. No place for dogs. We will not stay here again.

A very nice place. Summer hours, so not many folks around. Not pet friendly, and no dog runs. No outdoor dog pens allowed. Pricy, meaning $65 per night plus $10 per night for utilities. Had to pay for wifi. Workout facility only open part of the day.

The park is very tight for big rigs. Pull through sites alternate, so you have no privacy. Your door opens to the neighbor's door. Trees in the wrong places and shrubs in the way. Watch out for the street light pole in the middle of the street at the entrance. Some sites are just hard dirt. The park is fairly new with a nice work-out room, pool, hot tub and clubhouse. If you are in the right spot, the your stay will be fine.

This is a great place. New dog run is very nice. This is not a golf resort as advertised, although there is a golf course nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. The park is new, so there is no shade as the trees that were planted are very small. We would gladly stay here again.

If you are fond of goose droppings, this is the place for you. It is everywhere: in the dog runs, around the lake, etc. We asked to be moved, but were told the park is full. However the site near us that would have given us access to a droppings free site was empty for 3 days. The park management doesn't care that you can't go outside your site without stepping in goose droppings. The management could care less, as they deal with this problem every day. Find a park with no geese and you will be happier.

No place for pets. It's a parking lot with a few shrubs thrown in around your site. There is no grass anywhere, so pets have a tough time. No tables outside your site. The office staff is very good. The campground is clean, but it isn't hard to keep a parking lot clean.
