I did not enjoy my stay here at all. When we checked in we had to be escorted to our site. It took 25 minutes for someone to escort us. The first site was so cramped, I asked to leave. I felt the slide out would strike something. This was a pull through site too. We ended up moving to a deluxe site that had no sewer hookup and was on grass. I was unable to level the RV so we left in the morning. The scenery was beautiful but not worth being packed in like sardines.
This is a beautiful place to RV. The spots are spacious and the views are incredible. The restrooms were extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly. The campground is close to two parks so there are areas to walk around. RV Resorts which are further north don't have places that you can easily walk to. US 101 is quite busy so you really can't ride bikes or go for long walks. The Burger place across the street had pretty good burgers too.
This campground is very convenient to the casino and has all the amenities you would want. The staff is friendly. The park is clean and easy to navigate. The only criticism I have is that you register at the gift shop and if they are busy it takes a while to check in. Otherwise, a great stop for a night at the Casino or on the way to the Ferry in Anacortes.
Very helpful staff. Sites were nice and everything was working. Restrooms were spotless. It is not a big RV park so it is quiet. I would recommend bringing bicycles as there are nice places close by to bike to.
The Point Hudson Resort and Marina is walking distant to Port Townsend. Port Townsend is a great place to walk around. The proximity to town is a definite plus. It seemed as if all of the campsites had an ocean view. Really spectacular views. The managers were very friendly. All hookups worked well. You had about 14 channels on the cable. There is a cafe and chinese restaurant right on the premises. Lots of room for parking. I had a great experience there.
