Nice Park, new pavement roads. Big Rig easy. This "Resort" is starting downward and we hope it takes aturn the other direction. Too many old rigs left year long which are lacking maintenance and take away from the parks beauty. No parking in many sites for your tow vehicles. Trees have taken over the sites . They allow too large a rig on most sites so they have to bother other sites to park and the perms have too many vehicles per site. Great park to stay just worried about its future as many parks are getting older.
Just an OK park for passers by. Park itself is an older KOA.Sites are extremely unlevel. We stayed in a pull thru just long enough for our 35 ft and tow. One forth of park is homesteaded by permanents. Would look elsewhere if you have a larger unit.
Excellent KOA for an overnight stop. Very clean and very helpful staff. They escort you to your site. Sites large enough to accommodate any sized rig. Will definitely stay again when going through the area.
Stopped as an overnight stay on way to Vegas. It is centrally located between 2 exits, easy to find. Extremely clean grounds, sites, store, rest rooms. Staff very friendly, smiling and courteous. The sites are long enough for any size rig. We will definitely plan a visit here when we can stay a week or longer.
This park is for the 50+ RV'ers. New in 2002 with paved streets and partially paved sites. The typical site width is 45 ft and some sites are 75 foot long. It is located 10 miles north of Montrose. The restrooms and laundry room are extremely clean. The owners are extremely nice. The trees are still small but will make nice shade when fully grown. We were going to stay one week and decided to stay a month. We will definitely stay here again.
Excellent manicured lawns. Over sized sites large enough for the biggest motorhomes and tow vehicles. This RV park is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. The lots are sold and rented by the owners. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
