This park is amazingly clean and well maintained. The operators are very professional and easy to do business with. There are a lot of rules here, which would support the cleanliness, but it can seem out of hand at times, especially with children. There was a very "guarded" feeling towards our family by most of the long term residents here. Find this site by taking the first stop light north of the border, and head west. Turn back south just west of the truck border crossing, about 300 feet from the intersection. The park will be about 500 feet on the west side of that road. The Pool is beautiful and useful for swimming. It's about 5 feet deep at the deep end, and about 35 feet long by about 20 feet wide. The truck noise is not bad as there is a tall concrete wall dividing the roads. We would definitely stay here again, because we like clean and well maintained and quiet.

This park needs some maintenance. The sites have a very rustic feel, with trees between some sites, and only partially paved. There is a playground for the kids, and a lot of nice features like a dock and a few gazebos. The only problem is lack of maintenance. The bathrooms are clean, but ugly, with nothing matching, and with a lot of old parts and pieces. The dock ramp was rotting, and hopefully has been fixed by now. The recreation building was unusable by our family, because of a mold smell in the air that was very strong. The laundry facility was small for a park of this size, and you have to queue up. On the plus side, the park was affordable, and kid-friendly. It was quiet at night on most nights. There are a fair number of long term campers here, but they seem like nice people. The lake looks beautiful, but you need a boat to enjoy it, because of the weeds coming right in to shore. It is reasonably close to Seattle, making an easy day trip to the city and has no freeway noise as it is a little out of the way. I will possibly stay here again, but I might try a few other sites in the area first.

Wow! What a beautiful and quiet park! And the view is splendid. Park manager very friendly and helpful. All services as advertised. Sites are a bit tight, but comparable to most RV parks. Bathrooms are warm and very clean. A stairway and trail lead about 50 feet down in elevation to the rocky beach, where there are tide pools and lots of wildlife--occasionally seals, and regularly eagles. The lawn area is quite sloped, making it a little hard for the kids to play ball, but there is a horse shoe pit and croquet set they could play at the crest of the slope. There are rustic biking/walking trails throughout the old growth forests which surround this very serene location. There are no fire pits, which keeps the party's away. I will recommend this park to everyone, and will stay here again.

This is a wonderful RV Park. It is manicured and landscaped very nicely. It is downtown, relatively near the free way (about a city block and a bit), but is much higher in elevation. It is a peaceful place, and highway noise, though noticable, was not a problem. The pool is a bit small, around 3-5 feet deep, but clean and good for exercise. This place fills up every night, and you can see why. A perfect pitstop for passing through, but we will probably end up staying here just to do the tourist thing in the future, because we enjoyed staying here so much! We were passing through, so only stayed one night, but we are already planning to stop here again!

This park is great for the kids! They LOVED it! There are two nice little beaches (white sand) and a roped off swimming area in Powell Lake. There are 12 waterfront campsites, and the view is great. There is a playground located centrally. The down side for us was all the dogs and late night arrivals and parties. We did not sleep well, and the days were not as restful as they could have been due to radios and constant cellphone usage. If you like to escape into the quiet of nature, do not stay here! On the plus side, the people and kids are very friendly and inclusive, and the beach is great!

This park is a great place to stay! Quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the view from the view lots is nothing short of amazing! This park is accessible to downtown Victoria, and is right on a small Marine Village of very adorable floating cabins. The Victoria harbor ferry stops nearby if you'd like to try that out, which can take you all around the points of interest in the area. The bathrooms in the park have showers, and were kept quite clean considering the volume of people using them. There are some long term campers who stay here, but most seem to be traveling through. We received good service at the front desk, and had no problems getting access to a phone and travel brochures for information. The campground has only a little grass: the sites are mostly compact crushed gravel and are very close together with sites sharing picnic tables. Something to be aware of is the 7.30 am float plane flights into and out of the harbor on the hour. Do not expect to sleep in here! On the plus side, this camp is very quiet in the evenings starting around 8pm. Most people were asleep by 9.30pm. It seemed like some big rigs had trouble getting into place, but with our little setup it was a breeze. I would stay here again: it is much better than the local alternatives!
