This is the best campground I have stayed at yet. The unique "T" shaped sites are very roomy and offer everyone a front porch type feel. I had share a site with a 40 foot motorhome and it was very easy to park my 35 footer with lots of room to spare. Very clean and quiet even with many children. All road are paved, great for the kids bikes. The Dutch Wonderland amusement park next door was perfect for my 2 and 4 year old children. I would highly recommend this campground to others. I will be returning soon.
Stayed here overnight to watch a Steeler came on cable. The sites are spread out and well shaded. The staff are very laid back and helpful. Swimming pool and grounds are not maintained very well and the playground looks old. Overall, not bad for overnight, cement pad site with deck and solid 50Amp hook up. Best of all site was $28.
If you plan on visiting Niagara Falls with or without a family, this is an excellent campground. Located 3 miles from the falls, there is a shuttle bus stop at the campground that will transport you to the entire falls area. There are also many stores and restaurants a few blocks away. Staff is very helpful, our plans changed last minute and I was able to get on our site 5 hours prior to check in. Large pull thru site with great water pressure and solid 50 amp service. They advertise cable and phone, but its only on the seasonal sites. There is free wireless internet at the store and rec. area. Campground was very quiet even with many kids, its quite large and spacious. Lots of activities for kids, nice pool and rec. area. I will definitely camp here again.
This is an excellent campground. Very clean, and lots of activities, including fishing, playgrounds, rental rowboats, and more. Due to a a last minute reservation, we had one of the smallest sites, however it was fine for our 29' trailer. Many of the sites are very large, especially the sites along the lakes. This campground is also very pet friendly, allow pet walking on all trails and areas. We will definitely return.
This was my family's first RV camping trip. We have two kids, 3 years. and 19 months. This was an excellent campground, hookups were great, terrific cable reception. There were two playgrounds near our site, that the kids loved. Staff was very courteous, escorted us to site and help guide me in. I don't have a lot to compare this to, but the site seemed small, however there were only two sites left when I made the last minute camping plans, so I'm sure these are the smallest. Overall it was a great place to camp with the kids and for our first trip it was a terrific experience.
