This was our 3rd stay at this campground, and we will stay there again. It is fairly well kept, with roomy, wooded sites. There are nightly movies shown in the pavilion, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. This is one of our favorite places to stay in the Shenandoah Valley.
Nice folks, nice campground, nice town. Close to several Shenandoah Valley wineries. Our only complaint is that when we and our neighbors in the next site dumped our tanks (in the sewer dump at the site, not at the dump station), the septic system overflowed into the campsites. Don't know if something was wrong temporarily or if this is an everyday occurrence. Maybe related to shallow septic system due to proximity to the creek? We would probably camp there again, though.
