This park is just off the freeway and the noise is a major draw back. The park was clean and the clerk helpful, but the things offered on their website are no longer available, like pick up by Greyline Tours, short distance to bus/train. The pot holes in the park are so deep you had to drive on the grass to get around them. Stay here when nothing else is available, or you can sleep with lots of noise.
The location of this park is great and easy to find off I 70. I called prior to arrival and was told they had a pull through site available for $42 water and electric only. We arrived 30 minutes later and the desk clerk put us in a back-in site for pop-up trailers, we went to the site and found the electric on the wrong side for our use. The sites on either side of us would have worked, and were empty she unable to understand what we needed. After one hour we were given the proper site and this one worked fine. The staff was a great disappointment, everyone we spoke with was short and rude. They also raised the price from the quoted $42 to $46 when we arrived when I gave them my KOA discount card. Not much in this area to choose from nice and quiet, but the staff is the pits.
