Just passing through. Very nice campground. Staff was very friendly. Adequate spacing between campers. Nice clean laundry and showers. We stay here every year on our way to Montana. The friendly staff makes you want to come again.
Beautiful facility with majestic surrounding Mt. views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry was adequate. Showers and Bathrooms very clean. Close to Glacier. We spent 4 days here with our guests and enjoyed Glacier National Park. Very nice store and gift shop.
One of the nicest RV Parks in Colorado. We stay here every year about the same time. The staff makes your visit pleasurable. The lady at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful always. Nice shady spots, gorgeous Mountain Views from all sides. Close to shopping but still in the country. Spaces are very adequate. Nice area for walking your dog. Quiet, peaceful setting. Showers and bathrooms very clean.
Very nice campground. It is evident that the owners have worked hard to upgrade this small but adequate facility. The Red Bluffs surrounding it only added to its charm. Benches were placed all around so you could sit out and enjoy the delightful views. Glad we discovered it and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Attendant was very pleasant and helpful.
I would like tell about our experience while staying at the Nugget. We booked for a month. When we arrived, the owner told us where our site was, and staying there in past years, we knew the location of the site. After hooking up, we had no electric. The owner, when we had called earlier in the day had told my husband they were having some electrical problems at some of the sites. So, My husband walked up knocked on the door again, and the owner came to the door. My husband told him we had no electric at the site, and he very rudely retorted: Well, what the ___ do you want me to do about it? We had already paid via phone for the whole month, and they do not give a refund under any circumstances, so my husband was very cautious about how he handled the situation. That night we had no electric. For the rest of the month, the owners avoided us whenever we passed them while walking. It was the most uncomfortable month we have ever spent in a campground. My husband made several attempts to resolve the distance. The owners are rude and nasty, and if anyone dares to rebuff them, they call the local sheriff. We witnessed this happen and see that person posted their incident on this site. We are 70 years old and have camped for 50 years. We have never had a problem during those 50 years of camping. We come to Montana to camp nearly every year. Having owned and operated a business all our lives, repeat business is a very important aspect of a successful business. Being courteous and polite to your client base is a very important aspect of business. After being treated with such disrespect, we have chosen to stay in another RV park when visiting Montana.
This RV Park is one of the "Best Kept Secrets" in Idaho. We camp here every year. With the Senior Card, we pay $16,00 per night. All sites are blacktopped and each site has a cemented style table, lots of shade trees and beautiful views. We found it by going to RV Reviews. It is always on our list of Campgrounds to visit while traveling. Our stay was 2 weeks. If you are looking for a very private, quiet, peaceful RV Park, you need to check this one out. The RV Park overlooks the lake below. This facility is our absolute favorite spot to visit every year.
What a beautiful RV Park. Flower beds grow everywhere. You are so close to town for shopping yet you feel like you are in the country. The spaces are nicely grassed with tall shade trees. The owners are hardworking people and are very pleasant as well as the camp workers. We have been here 5 weeks now and love this Park. We plan on heading to Glacier for a week but have already booked another stay here when we return to Missoula. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate. These people work hard every day at maintaining excellence.
