Old old park. The park is dirty and full of dog waste. Our motor home was covered with the wet weeds and grass when the mower cut the lawn. Not only that, our sewer hose was sliced open. The owner has her own policy of not accepting responsibility for their mistakes. She said we should contact the person who mows the grounds. There are a lot of dumpster divers in and around the park.

We have stayed at this park for several years now, but will no longer stay here. Earlier post said Ken was a good host, yes he was. Sorry to say the new hosts are not on par. They have 2 barking dogs that they can't or won't control. Earlier post said the park ranger made the guest feel secure. Glad to hear that, because that's all he does. He lets his dogs run loose and never picks up after them. Both the host and ranger have items left outside their RV's that guests of the park are not allowed to leave out. One of the reasons we return to this park is because of the Wi-Fi. This winter the reception has been terrible. This issue has been discussed with no satisfactory outcome. The recreation room has become a depository for old couches and other odd objects. Not a welcome or homey place anymore. We feel that the rules should include hosts as well as rangers.

This park has senior in its name: it is not senior. Also, it seems like several people who stay here are related somehow. I do not know how, but some spots which are occupied are able to have the spot next to them for their vehicle. These spots are never assigned to arriving campers. There are several pets which are not leashed and several owners do not pick-up after their pets. One site was allowed to use the narrow grass strip (common area) as their own and their 3 pets, instead of using the end area with table assigned to them. The site next to them was utilized by their satellite dish! As far as I know no-one admonished the rude campers. Some of the related folks do not go around an occupied site but walk through others paid spaces. The work campers keep the park as nice as possible and work hard; however all paying customers should have equal rights!

Owner was very friendly at the check in. He was helpful when we asked where to eat and what to see in the area. I used the laundry room and have to say it was as clean as my own. I am very particular. I had a good wi-fi signal. It was a nice surprise to find a good park in Sheridan. (888) 673-0597

I have heard good comments about this park so we stayed here for 2 days. We paid $4.00 for Wi-Fi that was supposed to be for a day. Not quite. Wi-Fi is included in the price for the more expensive sites. Our site was a back in, which we found out is not a premium site. We had a hard time backing in, as there was a restroom directly in front of us. The grass was worn out and should have been cement in it's place. The site was so short we could not park our tow in the site. The overflow space was not close. The site could have been enlarged to accommodate the parking of a tow. While I was using the laundry room, another guest brought their dog inside the building; apparently that is allowed. This park does not provide propane fill up, which we needed. Staff was friendly, however I could have used more information about the park instead of hearing about the sale of items in the office. We only stayed in this park so we could catch up on laundry and cleaning as we spent more than a week "dry camping." I really don't see where this park is so great.

This park gets a 2 rating because it has long pull-thrus and tall pine trees. We pulled in because of the wind storm while driving, so decided to stay 2 days and catch up on laundry. The office was closed so I put a check in the envelope and placed it in the slot. After setting up in the first site the electric went out. We used another power outlet on the next site. The electric amps were so low that I could only use the air conditioner. I couldn't use the electric hot water or the refrigerator. So much for doing laundry. I kept going back to the office to see if any body was working so I could get my money back for the second day. No one ever showed up for both days. The park is for sale. Hope someone with big money comes in and helps this place get back on it's feet.

We stayed in this park from December through April. When we made our reservation, we asked for a double wide site. On our arrival we were give a single wide site and were told that when a double wide was available we would have it. Did not happen. We were told that the club house would be done by the first of the year. Not even close as of this writing. This means no outside bathrooms or laundry. The first sites are nice with trees and space in between each site. The more sites that are being built the smaller the space between sites. There is still a problem with the sewer gases escaping. Tired of smelling sewer when sitting outside. The camp host and owners do not communicate enough with each other. Too many problems arise that should not be happening that involve the guests. There are no rules as to how to keep your site. There are sites here that have two vehicles, motorcycles, golf carts, outside storage bins, refrigerators and freezers and just junk. Only the main street is concrete, the second street is still sand. There is no special place to pick up your mail, so the camp host delivers your mail to you. No rules on dogs. People do not keep dogs on leash or pick up after them. This park is not being run, it just runs! It is definitely not a resort by any stretch of the imagination.

I had a good experience with the check in. Friendly people. All sites are full hookup and all are pull through. A few sites are not as level as could be. Side by side hookups, works well when you pull all the way forward. (Not all RVers know this.) Quiet park, meaning no organized pot lucks or activities. Stayed all summer.

We were surprised to find a new park on this highway. Nice level sites and concrete pads make it a plus for us. The price was right for an overnight stay. The laundry room and bathrooms were very clean. The owner would like to put in wi-fi at a later date. We were very happy with this no frills campground. We will be back.

This was a nice park to stay in for over night. It was easy to find and good ingress and egress. I was very disappointed when it came to the swimming pool. When we stopped the temperature was 98degrees so a good swim would be in order. The park closes the pool at 6 p.m. They really need to re-think their pool hours. Since I couldn't swim or get on the internet, (no wi-fi) I decided to do laundry. Again, nice facility, but no fan to cool the room and the chairs were bolted to the floor so you couldn't prop open the door. I spoke with one family, who actually got to get in the pool before being booted out, and he said the park felt like a prison with all the signs and rules. I did count 7 "curb your pet" signs on the road by the office. A bit over board I think.

This is a strictly cash business. The owner lives in their house on site. The owner insisted on guiding our rig into the site. He guided us into a low hanging cable wire that ripped off our fantastic vent. He said he wanted to pay for the "Repair" of the vent, so send it in to the factory. Due to cold and wet weather we needed the vent replaced that night. We made a trip to Denver to purchase a new vent, to fill the hole left by removing the now broken vent. The owner refused to pay for the new vent! When we made a reservation, we had to send in a check. We were assured that our motorhome would fit in the space chosen for us. When we arrived and realized the space was not suitable, our deposit would not be refunded. This park is not for large RV's of any type, no matter what the owner says. There are no outside bathrooms or toilets. All RV's must be selfcontained. This is another case of the owner just wanting his money no matter what he has to tell the traveling public.

We stayed at this park for the longest month of our camping lives. One of the office staff was very unfriendly because she was having problems at home and took them out on us. If you want to use the workout room you must sign in and out at the office and get someone to unlock the room. Don't ask for cue chalk or a cue stick for pool as this just upsets the help. Not to mention that it costs a dollar a game. If you don't bring your own boards to get over the pavement onto the site then plan on having your tires balanced once a month. If you pay for a premier site bring your own ant bait. If anyone wants to work around your rig then stay there as we ended up with a dent in our rig due to the help hitting it with a backhoe! The egress and ingress is very hilly and difficult as the highway is at the entrance and it is very busy. If you are not part of a clique then you will have to "enjoy" all your activities by yourself. Not a very warm or cozy atmosphere to say the least. I, of course, will not recommend this park to anyone.

This park is very quiet and small. The owners live on site. They won't allow any junk to come into the park. The entrance road is in need of repair, but will be paved as time permits. No cable TV but satellite is available for a fee. Free Wi-Fi. Club house has a free pool table. Very nice place to stay and the price is right.

If you have a small rig then this is the place for you. By small I mean small. Don't try to get a 40 foot motorhome in their spaces as it is like putting a square peg in a round hole. There are a few sites at the front of the park where a large rig will fit but then you are parked so close to your neighbor that there is no walking room between the rigs, if you have a slideout. The owner has not updated this park in years but still insists it is big rig friendly. Very few 50amp hookups. No place to park your tow vehicle. To many rules for a select few.
