Very easy in and out if you are going south on 101 and just want a place for the night. Get your fuel on the same stop. Nothing special, but very convenient. The man that checked us in was quite friendly.

This is our fourth summer returning to this park. When we arrived tonight it felt a bit like returning home. It is clean, attractive, and the folks that run it and own it are very friendly. The restrooms and the laundry facilities are very clean and roomy. The grounds are lovely with grass, flowers, trees and a covered picnic area. During the summer months the proprietors make a great breakfast for all the guests on Saturday mornings. This is absolutely the best choice in the Eugene, Oregon area.

Small but very nice. Very friendly helpful host family. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay with them again if we were traveling that way.

Echo all other reviews. We stayed 6 days, would stay again. We had 45' motorhome and got lovely pull through site. Looked out on river, beautiful. Very quiet. Mangers do a lot to make it home; ice cream socials, dominos, pot lucks, etc. Wood carving classes. Wonderful recreation hall. Only negative for a 10: no pool. Great place for an extended stay. Lots of RV'ers seem to come and stay the summer.

This is a county park. The reservation number is in the park & recreation department and does not get answered all the time. It is about 18 miles from the city. It's relatively hard to find so watch the signs carefully. First come first serve, except if some how you get the park and recreation office to reserve you a site. Loop C is newer and what you want if you have a big rig. Site B13 or B15 are very level and the highest in the park. They are easy pull through. Very scenic, beautiful, and relaxing so if you just want to relax, fish, or boat it's well worth the drive. Stock up on your groceries. They are expensive in the city.

Park is open 6 months a year and owners run it and watch over it carefully. Lots of lower AZ RV'ers come for a month or more and escape heat. No children. Sites are red volcanic rock and a few have a small concrete slab. So more long term residents have outdoor carpets, etc to minimize the rocks and dust. Very convenient to major shopping center about 3 miles away and the downtown about 6 miles. Freightliner dealer is very good for diesel and Spartan chassis service. Dave local RV electrical service tech ( office has number ) is very good. We would definitely stay again. Only real negative is $44 rate which is high when compared with other parks for what they have, but have to counter balance it with being so close to town, etc. Macy's and restaurant next door downtown are excellent.

Easy off/on the freeway. This is a newer park and it shows. It is excellent in every way. Wide streets and easy turns, big sites, level concrete, and grass. It has all services (elect, cable, etc. ) to include modern hook ups. Very friendly staff and they even drive you to the site and help you align. Perfect location if you wanted to do some day trips from the city. A pool might have been appreciated, but because of the number of days per year of use we can see why they don't have one. Would stop again any time in area.

Easy off / on freeway. Most of the sites are for summer or month long residents. Excellent views of reservoir and it's tranquil. It's just that there are no amenities. Fishing and boat access and so forth yes and excellent, but other ones like laundry or pool aren't here. So very hard to give it a rating. We met a number of friendly relaxed travelers and enjoyed some stories. It was perfect for a short stop, especially if you are fairly self contained. We would stop again and even stay a little. In town about 9 miles away there are two places for dinner and both are excellent. and very reasonable.
