Campgrounds is nice enough but very unhappy with their reservation requirements. To stay on a weekend, you MUST pay for 3 nights to get a full hookup site. If it's a holiday weekend, 4 nights is required. I shouldn't be made to pay for a site I cannot use.

We love Buckeye Lake KOA! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept, and there is always something for the kids to do. The premium sites come with a premium price, but are VERY nice. We love the less expensive and well shaded sites in the trees too though, especially in the heat of summer. Centrally located within Ohio so lots to see and do in the area as well.

A very nice RV park with the nicest bathrooms we've ever experienced. My boys wanted to shower 3 times a day!! The indoor pool was awesome for spring camping when it would otherwise have been way too cold to camp. There were tornado warnings while we were there, and the owner made sure everyone knew he'd have the office building open and gave us directions to the basement. Luckily we didn't need it, but was so nice that he was looking out for everyone. Great location for exploring Amish Country. Sites were not as tight as other reviews led me to believe they would be. Very nice tables and fire bowls at each site. Cable had LOTS of channels, too. We will definitely return to Evergreen!

We had a terrific Memorial Day Weekend at this campground! The staff are very friendly and helpful - honestly the best we've ever dealt with. My kids really enjoyed the planned activities and jumping pillow and our dogs loved their "bark park". Though the sites look narrow, they have done a great job situating fire rings to make great use of the space. The place was full, but still very quiet. We will definitely go back!

Such a nice campground! We spend Labor Day weekend here, and though the campground was full, it was very peaceful. Our site was a back in, which gave us lots more space. The new pool is large, heated, and very clean. We enjoyed many of the planned activities as well. There are 2 nice, fenced in dog-walk areas, and a very large field behind the playground that our dogs enjoyed as well. Putt-putt golf was only $1, which is unheard of in the KOA world! We made use of the new shower house one night and it wonderful as well. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place for a relaxing weekend!

We had the best time at this campground! They had lots of Halloween fun planned - we carved pumpkins, played games, the kids had a costume contest then trick-or-treated...it was great! And we were in a huge site on the end of a row where the kids could run and play. The owners are really putting a lot into making this a great place for families. We will definitely continue to stay here!

This campground is beautiful! The owners are new and are very dedicated to making your stay enjoyable. Majority of the sites are on the water and the whole place is very well landscaped. Lots of activities for the kids, very clean restrooms, nice laundry facility, convenient location...I could go on and on! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a nice fall trip to Lake Cumberland with this as our "home base". Owners/family were very nice and we really enjoyed it. The indoor pool was a huge plus - the kids had a ball! We checked out the restrooms and they were super clean. Not a lot of activities, but very nice sized sites and our kids had fun just playing in the field behind our camper! We would definitely return.

We were really disappointed in this campground. It was very run down. We were there early in the season, but if we had reserved a site, they should have at least had it ready for us. The picnic table on the site was upside down and when we flipped it, it was covered with mud, worms, and bugs. Besides, grass had grown all up around and through it. Sites were very uneven. Restrooms were the worst I have ever seen, and that includes "pit toilets." My son was scared of them. Luckily we only stopped to use the facilities as we were pulling out. I would have gone all weekend without bathing rather than use those showers. The benefit was that it right in the heart of the hiking of Hocking Hills.

A very well maintained campground on "the quiet side of the Smokies". They have a nice playground and pool for the kids and a "lazy river" that runs along the back of the campground. Our only complaint was the size of the sites. We told them we had slide-outs when making our reservation, but our driver's side slide was withing inches of hitting the neighbor's awning. Those neighbors left the day after we got there, so it worked out ok, but in peak season we would have been very cramped.

A beautiful state park near all of the attractions of Lake Erie. We enjoyed the nature center and their activities (crafts, hikes, movies, etc. ) Even though it was full, it was very quiet for our whole stay. The swimming beach is very nice, but the restrooms there left a little to be desired! The full hook-up sites in a state park are really a bonus!

This was the nicest campground I've ever stayed at! They have a sparkling pool, along with a wading pool for kids and a hot tub for grown ups. They even offer "adult only" swims morning and night. With a recreational pond, fishing pond, mini-golf, bike/boat rental, basketball, volleyball, and multiple playgrounds we were never at a loss for something to do. They also had planned activities nearly every hour on Saturday. We will definitely return here!
