This is a nice campground, we stayed at site #2 and even though it is near the entrance you get lots of room. You can get the rig level pretty easy. The site is right next to the stream, the deeper you go into the park the sites get higher from the stream. Towards the end of the row you see a parking garage on the other side of the stream. The sites away from the stream look like they just got concrete pads, which is nice.It is nice and quiet at the campground. The kids had fun riding there bikes and swimming in the pool. If we ever go back to Pigeon Forge (tourist trap) we will stay there again.
When checking in, the one girl at the check in was very rude. I asked her for a spot away from the highway. We go to the site and it turns out you can't get any closer to I78. Also 2 sites away we see this big container, turns out it for there sewer problem. I'm on the phone within seconds asking about it and said I don't want my 2 kids ages 3 and 5 to be near this spot. She tells me I can have the spot 3 sites away, still to close to sewer issue. So I tell here I'm going to a Super Pull thru site 10 bucks more ($50)minus Good sam ($5). Most pull through site aren't even close to level. I was able to level dropped front and lifted back a lot. Kids had fun at playground and pool. If it wasn't for sewer problem and that rude *** girl at the counter I would have rated higher.
Ok campground a little tight getting around campground. Could use some paving done some roads needed work. Stayed here for Hershey Show. Kind of far away, might stay here again. It was quiet even though it close to Interstate. Kind of hard to get to.
Not a bad campground, road noise didn't bother us. But my father was closer to I-283 and the road noise bothered him one night. We stayed there during Hershey Show and would probably stay there again because its close to hershey. The site was pretty level, all the roads look like the were just paved. My father has a Class A 39ft pusher and he got around fine. Tree's will block Directv.
Great stop over for the price only a few miles off I85. Looks like the area were we stayed is only a few years old. Gravel site was'nt really able to level right. But for $15 bucks I can't complain. Would go back if heading past again
Ok for the price; needs to be updated. The CG was clean, just getting old. This place relly isnt for big rigs, we had 39.2 ft motorhome and it was tight. We had one site but had to move to another because it was to small for us. On Reserve USA it said drive way was 60 feet but it was on the side of a cliff. The camp hosts moved us to site 103 and I was able to fit fine and open all 3 slides. Had to go out of the park and come back in to turn around. I would go back again. It was peaceful but we did hear a train horn far off. The camp host are very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.
This place is not at all near any major interstate. It is a nice place, very hilly getting to the CG and hilly inside CG. The road getting there is a white knuckle drive in class A 39ft. If in that area would stay again but not if traveling near there. I said yes to big rig but it is tight!!!
