Stayed for three nights in a pull through site. Office staff polite and helpful. Pool was clean and opened early when attendant done with testing/setup. WiFi only available at Office area. Cable TV would be nice since the over the air digital signals go in and out on most of the networks. Would consider staying there again when visiting people in the Scranton area.
Fantastic views of the mountains. Owners were pleasant. Sites easy to access and of sufficient size. Cable would be helpful, but local stations came in with antenna. Nice areas for kids to play. Good place to stay if visiting Luray Caverns or Skyline Drive. Town of Luray has a couple of nice places to eat at on Main Street. Would have rated higher if had cable and better stocked store. But would definite stay here if visiting area again.
Owner is very nice. Campground is fairly new and still being completed. Access to sites is very easy. All sites are full hookup including cable. Internet is good. Would have rated campground higher if it had a pool, play area, store, etc. Owner said they are planned as he is completing campground. Nice place to stay if most of your plans are to visit nearby towns and/or attractions. Would definitely stay there again when visiting area. Price is great!
Good location for visiting Monticello, etc. We stayed in upper section. Appeared to be three trailers with people who are residing there. They went to work at same time each day and came home at same times. Two were apparently construction workers and one operated a tow truck. Internet signal was weak, but worked similar to old dial up speed. If we came back again, we would probably request lower section to see if we liked that environment better.
