Pleasantly surprised! Just minutes from Ashland. Easy access pulling 38' 5th wheel. Large shade trees with the sound of Neil Creek all thru the park. A few permanent sites. The facilities are dated, but nicely maintained with fresh paint and very clean. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold to swim while we were there. Paved roads with crushed granite sites. It rained while we stayed and very little dirt tracked inside. Pet friendly. Lots of birds to watch and hear. Will definitely stay again!
Beautiful setting in the middle of nowhere. Very nice park, but due to there not being much to do in the area and the "rule" that 5th wheels are not allowed in the riverfront sites (even when those sites are all vacant), it is quite expensive compared to other similar rv parks in Northern California. I believe if it were priced more in line with other RV parks, it would be booked every weekend and the rv'ers would be more inclined to eat at the quaint little restaurant onsite. Overall, great place, just too much money.
