This is our first visit to this park. A great place for overnight or short stay. Very clean and quiet. There is a nice pool and spa, the laundry facilities were small but clean and in good condition. We are not a fan of side by side hookups, or I would have rated them higher. We will stay here again for an overnight stay.

We stayed here after Labor Day and the park was very quiet. Lots of ATV's and jeeps, but we had no issues with noise or dust. Very large pull through sites in the trees. Plenty of space between sites. Paved interior roads and gravel sites. Ours was level and easy to access. They also have water/elect only with a dump station available. Separate area for tent camping, so I imagine during the summer this could be a very busy place. Internet access located at the nearby motel. Overall, a great base camp.

Owners are working to improve this older park. Our site was level with plenty of room, and shade from a nearby tree. All pull thru sites, with half large enough for big rigs (our fifth wheel is 34 feet) The WiFi is fast and was reliable. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and neat. The laundry has new commercial machines, and was clean. Overall, an acceptable place to stay while exploring. I agree with the other reviews that pulling weeds would be a good idea. The cabins have been remodeled, but I did not go in one.

Great RV Park. There are 4 loops with full hook ups and not a bad site among them. WiFi varies by site. The closer to the bathrooms the better for a signal. Sites are both wide and deep. There isn't a "lower" and "Upper" campground any longer for the RV Park portion. Wonderful views of Lake Powell and the surrounding mountains. This area is run by the NPS, so if you don't have a park pass, add $15 for entering the area for one week.

Great park. Spaces are wide and long. Nice shade trees, clean restrooms and showers. Great clubhouse. Very quiet location off Hwy 9 in Hurricane. Close to Zion without the congestion or high costs. We stayed one night in transit, but would consider a longer stay over the winter.

Clean and secure. Not much else to say. Roads are dirt/gravel and fairly level. Good cable TV no internet. Bathrooms are old like this park, but clean. Overall, fine for a one night stay. We stopped due to a sand/wind storm with 60MPH winds. Staff helped us set up in the storm, and are nice folks. No credit cards, cash or check.

This is a great resort. Would rate it a 10, but the Wi-Fi is purchased separately and is pricey. Sites have plenty of room, even the back ins. Should you choose a bay view, be aware there is a parking area, park and playground between the fence and the water, lots of noise on the weekends. Nicely landscaped and staff is friendly and helpful. Clean laundry room, great pool and wide streets.

Nice overnight spot. Quiet and away from the freeway. Great WiFi, very fast. Restrooms were very clean. Sites are level and shaded.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years. There is grass at each site, and plenty of room. Be aware, they are building two 20 story condo buildings directly behind the park, and the construction cranes run from 4AM to 10PM. Thankfully, we were here just one night. You will not sleep past 4AM with the construction noise, and diesel fumes fill the air. I would avoid this upscale park until at least next fall if you want any peace and quiet.

Nice place for a one night stay. No frills, but plenty of room for rigs to 36ft. Great cable TV, and staff very helpful. Overall, very quiet and clean.

Stayed one night on our way home. Most sites have permanent tenants, so it feels more like a mobile home park. We stayed in short term parking, so wasn't an issue. Park is next to the highway, but quiet at night. No cable in the short term sites, but antenna works well. Sites were level and average in length and width. Gravel throughout the park, including parking aprons. There are shade trees at most sites.

Adequate for a one night stop. No internet or cable. Sites are level and clean. Trains run on a regular schedule, and blow their horn as they pass. Highway noise is low. Laundry room has just one machine. Bathrooms were clean. Would stay here again if passing through.

Only nice thing about this park, is it is located on the banks of the Snake River. The bathrooms are old and unkept as is the laundry room. Parking areas are not well defined, and are on all grass with sprinklers running. We left a day early, because there is a paper mill adjacent to the park. The noise is constant, as well as the smell. No reason to visit this park.

Neat park right on the banks of the River. Owners are active in improving the quality of this old KOA. Many improvements have been made, and the scenery is fantastic. High speed internet available at the office, along with free coffee and snacks. No sewer hookups on the sites that back up to the river. Dump station is available. No TV service or cell phone service available.

Dusty RV Park adjacent to I-80, so traffic noise is heard throughout the park. Dirt roads and parking aprons. Many sites had permanent tenants, giving this RV park a Mobile Home park feel. WiFi is $6 per day. Stay one night if you must, then move on.

New RV park with long and level pull thru's. Showers, bathrooms, and laundry were very clean. Nice place to stop for a few days. The owners have planted dozens of trees, but will be a few years before they will provide shade. Roads parking spurs are gravel.

This is a very nice park. Family owned and managed very well. Sits adjacent to Polson golf course, and you can walk to the club house from the park. Sites are level with patios, and designated parking. Close to town and shopping. Views of Flathead Lake as you leave the park, but not from the park. We stayed here for a month, and will be back next year. Only detractor is the WiFi is down most of the time.

Nice area to visit, but the park is run down and neglected. Just a big field to park in with power water and sewer. Sites are poorly marked and uneven. Bathrooms were filthy, wouldn't use them. Laundry room was dirty, and machines very old. The restaurant and saloon is the only redeeming quality for this park. Too bad, great views, and with a little effort would be a great place.

Stayed here one night while travelling thru. Very clean park, though quite a few full time residents. Very quiet and good security. The office staff was friendly. Paid $4 for WiFi which did not work. Laundry rooms roomy and clean. Will stay here again.

OK for an overnight stay. Lots of run down rigs with folks living here full time. Security was good, and pull thru sites are long. Easy walk to the casino.
