We enjoyed our site overlooking the Chena River. Sites were close but the access was good. Internet mostly worked; could be stronger. Nice gift store and wonderful restaurant on the river with great food. Good location to stores and very helpful office staff.
Narrow sites but very wide access roads and had a spacious feel despite the narrow sites. Nice trees around the perimeter. Internet worked well. Laundry was good. Nicest RV park in Anchorage and close to town and weekend markets. We have a 42 foot motor home and have been traveling for 11 years.
The office staff was nice. Good location with shopping close. Took us 10 minutes to get into pull-through site with help from neighbor as roads are narrow and sites are not angled. We have a 41 foot motor home and this was the hardest site to access in 10 years of travel due to location of trees or very large rocks guarding utilities. As stated in past reviews, Internet was non-existent. We stayed one night instead of the five we planned.
Nice campground setting, unusual for Alaska, easy access to sites with a number of more spacious sites with trees and natural landscaping. Internet was best we've had. Grounds well kept, laundry and bathrooms impeccably clean. Very pet friendly and close to town.
