A quiet, clean and well maintained facility. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Large pool was clean. Nice green area for pets. Gravel sites could be wider. Facility is well located with easy access to I-80 and I-505/I-5. Good location for visits to Napa Valley, Sacramento and San Fran. Good cell phone reception.

Yosemite Lakes RV Park is 5 miles from the west entrance to Yosemite Nat Pk. We stayed there in late May - early June, 2006. We made reservations at least 3 months prior to our arrival and were aware that this facility was a membership park that also accepted non-members. We were led to believe that all facilities were available to all guests. When we arrived, we were greeted at the guardhouse by a man who asked for evidence of our membership. We explained that we were not members but that we had reservations (and showed him the e-mail confirmation). He informed us that the park was membership only and that we would have to leave. After some discussion, we were told to back down the 200+ ft drive and directed to an administrative building down the road. We asked if we could simply turn the rig around in the park and exit. We were told: "no". We decided to do so anyhow. At the administration building, we were told (by a somewhat embarrassed hostess) that we would not be able to stay in the "members'" park but on the "terrace" across the road. We were also informed that there were no pullthroughs, no 50 amp service and that we would not be able to use most of the park facilities. The sites on the terrace were dirty, un-maintained and uneven. The firepits and bar-b-que on our site had not been cleaned in some time and the site was littered with trash and hundred of cigarette butts. The "terrace" is, at best, a dusty, dirty parking lot. In general, the rest of the staff was friendly and attempted to cooperate, but had to enforce policies of the management. We were forced to carry our LP tank approx 100 ft to have it refiled, where members could pull there vehicle within 5 ft. Diesel fuel at the store associated with this facility cost $.70 /gal more than the price at the station in Groveland. Visitors to Yosemite Nat Pk might want to consider other accommodations before settling for this high priced parking lot.

This park is close to the South entrance to Sequoia Nat Pk. The new owner (2 yrs) is cleaning up the facility and attempting to modernize it. A river rafting business is also operated from the park. Sites are basically level but not paved. There are several long term residents in the park. Owner and staff are friendly and cooperative. There's a great little bakery/restaurant across the highway.

This is very clean, neat park with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The pool and hot tub were clean and well cared for. The pullthrough sites were level and solid although not paved. Cell phone and computer air card reception was very good. There is a large green space to exercise dogs. All facilities were clean and modern. We would return to this RV park.

This is a clean, well maintained facility with excellant 24 hr security. Sites are a little close together, but provide plenty of room for slides, etc. The park is not pet friendly, requiring the use of two small gravel and fenced areas. Although visually clean, these areas had a definite odor. The pool was closed for maintance on two of the five days we stayed here. No shade. The asphalt sites are basically level. Easy access to park from major streets. We had a pleasant stay other than an issue with our incoming mail (part of which was not the park's fault).

This is a clean, maintained facility with friendly and knowledgable staff. Sites are gravel with minimal grass and no shade. The views are good. Highway access is nearby. We agree with other reviews that this park is somewhat overpriced. Most sites appeared to be occupied by temperary residents rather than long termers. Our site was somewhat unlevel, but that problem was easily resolved by moving our 5th wheel forward prior to setting up. Grass in dog walk has burrs.

We found this to be a clean, neat facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. The majority of sites appeared to be occupied by long-term residents. Unfortunately, the advertised pool and spa were under construction. Easy access from I-17. LP is sold in facility. Gravel site was substantially level. Limited shade on our site.

This park and the area has so much to do that any visit should exceed a week. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Our site was clean, quiet and level. The park has several good hiking trails and waterfalls. The park is within a short drive to stores but a visiter can remain isolated in a natural environment. Cell phone reception at our campsite was marginal. We highly recommend this park.

This park is typical of COE facilities. It was clean, well maintained and well designed. Cell phone reception was adequate. The park is close to great hiking, fishing, shopping and Little Rock. The park was quiet and sites were level. The staff was friendly and cooperative.

This park has a friendly and helpful staff. Cell phone reception is poor unless you are willing to climb to the top of an observation tower where we were able to establish reception. This clean park has a museum and historic cemetary and battlefield. It is close to the Mississippi River and other Civil War Battle sites. The park has "upper" and "lower" campgrounds. Access to the "upper" campground is via a very steep road on which a "running start is necessary.

This is a very unique private RV park located on the Mississippi River between the levee and the river bank. We were very fortunate in that our site was a pulltrough within 125 feet of the river. We were able to watch barge traffic on the river. This park is close to downtown Memphis with easy access by Interstate Highways. Access problems to the park are now a thing of the past with a road that parallels the levee and loops aroung the "bad" neighborhoods. A must visit.

Very clean and quiet park. The staff is friendly. The swimming pool is enormous, and there is a small putt putt course. The park is close to I-59 and approximately one hour from New Orleans. LP is sold on site. Super Wal Mart, Home Depot and grocery nearby.
