A beautiful shady well-kept older park in the wonderful setting of Hagerman. There is a lot to see and do in the area. The spaces could be a little more level, but not too bad. No cable and the WiFi is expensive and very weak. Stayed a month, might be back next year.

Nice shady well-kept older park. Showers/restrooms are old, but clean and functional. Cable TV is better than most RV parks; WiFi is typical of most RV parks. There is no swimming pool. If you really want to swim, there is a world class Aquatic Center in town. Whether heading north or south, Cedar is a good place to stay over a few extra days and this park is the best bargain in town. Stayed a month, be back next year.

Big park, long level spaces, a bit close together, and somewhat dusty. Hook-ups are OK, might be a problem with slide-outs. Concrete slabs and picnic tables are provided. There are some trees that offer some shade. Good cable TV (60 or so channels with 4 HBO). Wi-Fi works most of the time. They have at least a dozen Wi-Fi antennas and they are trying to improve the network. They have a putting green, a driving net, a dog wash, really nice showers, exercise room, and the best pool I’ve ever seen in an RV park. The only con, is the “sound of freedom” from near-by Nellis AFB. Rate per day is based on monthly stay.

A wonderful setting along the Rio Colorado. If it weren’t for the river, the resort would be a so-so RV park. They advertize a golf course, but maybe it should call it a large open field. The sites are long and wide, close to level, and good hook-ups. You might need an extra long sewer hose. Picnic tables come with table cloths and they have a good TV cable selection. Access from highway and to the site is easy. Staff is first rate.

A bit over priced, convenient location, difficult access from highway (Texas frontage system), easy access to site, narrow & level sites, hook ups are convenient, (site 151 had a fire-ant mound), picnic table would make good fire-wood, good TV cable, WiFi was too weak to be useable. I might try another next time.

Good Value, easy access from highway, easy access to site, wide & level sites, electric receptacle is up-side down, all other hook ups are convenient picnic table is barely usable, quiet (distance train and hwy sounds), basic TV cable, WiFi is very good. Staff was professional and helpful. I will stay again.
