Always a favorite place to stop when traveling on I-15. No road noise, easy on/off I-15, end of a road so no traffic, and lots of room for your pets. Owners are very friendly, sites are wide with some shade and nice green grass. New pool also. Gravel roads and level gravel sites. Very relaxing place to stay!

Best park in area to stay at. Staff very friendly!! Very helpful in planning what to do in the area. Pull thru sites have grass. Lower section was new 5 years ago. Very clean, wide sites with cement area along camping side of coach. Has front and back sewer connections. Roads and sites gravel. Checked out both RV places in Bluff. Very rough! Would not stay there. This is the best RV location to stay in the area. Very big rig friendly.

Easy in and out for big rigs. Waterfront sites are very large cement back ins. 24 hour security. A mixture of park homes and RV sites at Resort. Friendly staff. It is desert but a couple of trees would be nice. Would stay here again.

Great park, friendly staff with large pull thru and back ins. Beautiful setting with lots of hiking and biking. Sites are mostly far apart. No sewer, water, or power available in undeveloped part of the park, but a dump station on the way out. Big rig friendly!!

Very nice older park near the river. The place is spotless!! Each site is raked, one direction, before you arrive. Great, very large shade trees for the afternoon sun. You are taken and helped guided into your site by the manager. Nice public area for gatherings. Some sites are a little close.

Great place to stay in the Cortez, CO area. Huge pull thru, 100+ feet. Close to Mesa Verde NP and if you like mountain biking it's very close to Phil's World. Fantastic trail system with most being one way. It has something for everyone!! Nice large dog walk area. Nice pool and spa. Even has a BBQ patio area with conversation fire pits with chairs. Very nice!! All sites are gravel. Will always stay here when in the area!! A 10.

It doesn't get much better than this. Last reviewer stated there was lots of construction and maintenance going on.......he was correct. But if you want beautiful surroundings it doesn't get done by itself. All were very respectful of any possible noise that they may create. We did not find this a problem at all. The Club House was very active on Friday night. Everyone was very friendly with good food and drink. The place is a 5 diamond. Beautiful landscaping!! Will be back!!

If you need a place to stay on I-15 between the coast of CA and Las Vegas this is a nice place. All gravel, no grass between sites but large shrubs for privacy. Big rig friendly with tow. Everything was very clean. If you have dogs you can walk through the gate to the desert and let fido off the leash. That was nice to do. Easy on/off I-15. Stayed at the far end of the park, no noise.

If you want the best place to stay in Vegas this is it!! It's a mile off I-15, exit Blue Diamond Road. Gated, security, paved roads with cement pads, grass in between. Some have outdoor kitchens, extra charge. Five pools, tennis courts, putting greens, and a very nice workout room. You put your garbage out each morning in a flower pot in front and it's picked up daily. There is even a small cafe just as you check in. Great location near the strip. This is a Class A motor coach only resort. It would be nice to have more like this in other large cities.

Nice park with very wide paved roads. Sites are gravel, no grass. You are staying in an orange grove but with lots of room. Nice swimming pool and facilities. Easy CA 58 on/off access, little if any road noise. Entire area is fenced. Would be nice to have premium sites, extra charge, that have grass. A very nice place to stop for the night just a short ways from town.

Nice place, gated, security, and near the water. Big drawback is they pack you in like sardines. This park caters to trailers that they store for owners. You call and they bring your stored trailer in and park it for you. You can make it in with a big rig with tow but several areas are tight. Roads are paved, sites gravel/sand/dirt for the most part. Grass areas between site rows. Very nice facilities!! It would be very nice if they had an area for larger rigs, even if you had to pay more. FYI, If you come in early, call ahead to make sure your site is open. We didn't and had to wait a mile away in a large parking lot, our mistake. This is a very busy park. Best RV park that Pismo has to offer.

Nice park. Stayed in a premium site. Cement pad with grass in-between with paved access roads. Nice central pool with a nice work out room. The only drawback is the road noise from CA 46 if you are up on the upper area. Everything was very clean, multiple dog parks. Best thing is it's near lots of wineries. More parks need to be like this.

Great place to stay just off I-15 on a dead end road. Range land all around. Makes for a very quiet place. Easy on/off access. "Very" clean, friendly staff. Gravel level sites with large grassy areas in-between. Big rig with tow friendly. At the far end of the park there is a large area to let you dog off the leash, safe area. This is one of the best KOA park to stay at.

This is Wyoming. Lots of wind and little rainfall in this part of the state. The park was all gravel where we stayed. Good hook ups with a table. Easy pull through with entrance and exit easy. It is just a very large gravel area with hook ups, nothing else. It was clean with easy on/off freeway. Good for an overnight stay. If the wind is blowing don't be the windward RV and stay in a site that is perpendicular to the wind. They have two different sections that face different ways. It must have been blowing 30 mph while we were there.

Very friendly check in. Gravel roads and pads. Pads very level. What was nice we were traveling with another couple and we were, because of the hookups, were able to face each other side by side. Lots of grass with tables. The trees were very tall with no problem being underneath them. Makes for a great outdoor experience with lots of shade, very cool. We had a 45 foot coach with a tow. Had no problem getting in or out. Easy on/off freeway. Very relaxing place to stay!!

This is an old park. It's clean with gravel roads and level sites, long pull thrus. I guess the plus here is the pancake feed in the morning. We didn't participate but our traveling companions did to my surprise. Said it was great. I agree with one of the statements about this park, it needs to be upgraded. Looks old and tired but clean. Easy on and off freeway. Was good for a traveling one night stay.

The secondary road to the park from the main US highway is a little tight for a 45 foot coach with a tow. Lucky, it was only 2 miles. It was freshly paved. The check in was great, very friendly!! The roads were all graveled, but very tight. Our site had a large trees, pine with a table. The site was not level. Had to reposition the coach. Was still barely able to level it. Needed a lot more gravel. While we were there we encountered several large thundershowers. On several occasions the gravel road washed out. The owner was quick to fix things, which was fine. When leaving it was a struggle to dodge large rocks and the washed out shoulders of the gravel internal roads. If you're 40 feet and less its a fine place to stay. They will need to do some work to keep large rigs coming in. Really need to address the roads. Finally, the owners were very nice, friendly and very helpful. Place was very clean!!!

Very friendly check in. The spaces were gravel and level with grass in-between. A table was provided. A good amount of room between sites. Lots of space to turn. Probably one of the easiest places to get out in a large coach. If you're headed back to the freeway there is a Sinclar station on the first 4 way stop. Great place to fill up. There is also a grocery store there with lots of local food products. They were roasting the largest chickens I had ever seen! Purchased their local ham and roast beef...great tasting!

This is a small park. It was very clean, well graveled, level sites. The owner seemed a little disorganized, but was very pleasant to work with. Gave us the largest pull thru. Had plenty of room with grass an a table on each site. Some of the smaller sites even had a top over the tables. There was a park across the street. The town was a very friendly place to explore.

Very nice place. Very friendly well organized when checking in. You even get a free ice cream! Roads and spaces all well graveled. The pads were very level with grass, trees and a table in-between sites. You were escorted to your site and he spotted you on the pad. Asked if there was anything else they could do. This place was exceptionally clean and tidy. There was always someone working on the grounds to make sure everything was clean. We didn't use the shower but were told by others that the facilities were spotless. We were allowed to keep our coach in the front check-in area while seeing Little Big Horn. Great place to stay!! It deserves a 10.

The staff was very friendly when checking in. We were lucky to get a end space. It was marked pull thru, but being a large coach had to back out when we left. There was a large drop-off in the front of the pull thru. We had to back out, not that big of problem. What we didn't like was just the lack of trees and the unkept look of the place. Everywhere around the RV section had trees. Everything was clean, but needed to be spruced up! With a 45 foot coach it was difficult to get into our space. The place was packed.

This is a great place to stay. We stayed next to the river. The site had a fire pit, grass and picnic table. Very clean and well kept. Owner was very friendly! Because of the river there are no sewer hookups. If need be there is a pumping service available so you don't have to move if you're staying a few days. There is great mountain biking out your door. Golf course entrance just across the street with town less than two miles away.

Stayed here one night. Pet friendly. They even had a dog wash station. The site we stayed in was very tight but for one night was fine. Easy in and out pull thru. Staff was very friendly calling ahead to confirm our arrival. Would stay here again

Great place to stay in Moab. We stayed in the owners section which has cement pads with a large area for the picnic table. Very clean! It's off the road enough that you normally do not hear traffic noise. We always stay here when visiting.
