Park is ok, but they make excuse after excuse for their extremely poor internet. My entire stay here I was only able to get on-line 2 times. Sites are very close together and the nicer spots look to be taken by long term-ers. Spots are so short, most all the extra vehicles are parked in the road. The roads getting into the park are horrible with very large potholes and crumbling asphalt. Restrooms are very clean and nice, but challenging to get into and out of. You have to turn a small finger lock to exit instead of being able to use the pushbar. I would rate the park higher if their upgraded internet actually worked.

This campground stinks: literally. If its not pouring rain with some campsites under water, the mud starts to dry out and smells of dog waste. There is also a smell that I think comes from the septic system that you can smell through most of the top half of this small park. The supposed gravel sites haven't seen gravel since probably 1970's. The trees also drop some sort of sap on your rig. There is no internet at the sites; you have to go to their run down laundry room. I only give them 3 points because the staff is extremely friendly, and there is a pool that appeared to be cleaned daily; otherwise I would give it a zero.

This is a very clean and well kept park in a quiet area, but close enough to freeway access. They charge for extra person(s). There is no separate walking access from the back/lower section to the pool. Rear section is very near train, but it didn't bother us to hear it - was kind of cool. The spots are narrow, but that seems to be the norm these days. Their spa is very nice. Be sure to visit El Polo Loco for great chicken. We will absolutely stay here again and rent a car from Hertz (best deal in town). Was not busy season when we were there. Wi-Fi was sufficient and free, which was a nice surprise.

We stayed in the grass area across from the store which was nicer than the dirt areas next to their lake. Very nice folks. You have to leave a deposit to get a restroom/shower key but then you can't return it before 9:00 in the morning to get your deposit back. Made for a frustrating departure time. Would have been nice if they explained it up front. Restaurant was out of most menu items we wanted. We will stay here again.

This park is in need of some serious TLC. The pool was dirty and falling apart (cracked concrete and missing tiles), you have to pay extra for internet service, you have to rent the campfire pits (and they never have them in when you want one), the bugs are numerous at night, and worst of all, you and your rig and your pets will be filthy dirty from the minute you open your door--solid dirt ground (not a blade of grass in site). The trash bins were overflowing the entire time we were there, there were only 2 old washing machines working (out of the 6 or 7 they had) and oh yea, there is a police helicopter pad next door so you get to hear helicopters at night. We will not stay here again.

While this park was extremely clean and nicely landscapped, I could not give it a 10 because of three things: 1. You can't reserve a spot you want, you have to take what they give you; 2. The pull thru sites are so narrow that you literally land on the outside picnic table when you try to exit your door; and 3. The WiFi was weak and we had some trouble accessing it.

Nice park for a one-night stay, but park is mostly on a terraced hill with no room or flat area for even your own outside table (they're not provided). Pull-thrus are very narrow. Our slide hit small tree planted at site. The pool/spa are extremely nice and clean. Nice area, right across the street from shopping (Target & Costco) that we visited twice. We didn't hear any road noise.
