Stayed here again while in Sarasota. Great place, clean, quiet, well taken care of. Pool is going in soon. We will be back.

The park has a new owner and has gone through extensive renovations. Very clean adult oriented park. The pool will be in by the middle of November. Great location and 10 minutes to Siesta Key beaches. Clean rest rooms and showers, staff is very friendly. Will stay here again.

Nice staff, clean, sites for large MH on hill are marginal, need some work, also low water pressure up there. New WIFI works well--$30 a night for this place is too much, but the only place near Salisbury so you are in a pickle.

Quiet, well off I-10, easy on and off the Interstate, nice office staff, WiFi $5 day, $15 per week. We liked being away from town but still close to stores. I don't that I would spend the winter here, too many people.

We stayed here for 3 days, clean, friendly staff, close to everything, all the parks in Deming pretty much the same. Nice vineyard about 4 miles east of town, good wines. Visit Silver City while you're there. We would stay again.

Clean, quiet when 100 Harleys aren't here. Good place to stay when visiting Big Bend NP.

Couldn't find a nicer place! Friendly, clean, all paved pads, and quiet. I can not understand the previous review, 1st class place, nice friendly people, a great place; although I wouldn't come here in the summer, then I wouldn't be in La. in the summer!

Great place to stay overnight, nice clean, friendly place.

Clean, neat, well organized, but very barren-no grass, clinkers, hard on the dogs paws! We would pass the next time, after riding the train, no need to stay again.

Clean and FRIENDLY, I even asked about the grumpy owner others have referred to. I applaud the owner for not putting up with horses patoot's! We will stay here again next year.

When we arrived the office was closed and was closed when we left, never saw management. NO WIFI, not much of anything:looks like it is going downhill fast. I would pass on this one!

Clean, but busy. To many old people! Lawn bowling shuffleboard, all sorts of activities. We aren't ready for this. 1500 sites, lots of Park Models.

Small, clean, close to the freeway. Stayed 1 night, would stay again.

Stayed Thanksgiving week, good place, quiet for the most part, but they do like people with motorcycles. Sometimes its a little dusty. (roads not paved, no pads) Will stay again if in the area.
