Very nice park. This is a owner/rent park with very nice facilities. Pools/spa are salt-water and are top notch. The gym is excellent. It appears there are lots of winter activities here, although we were a little early to take advantage of this. The rental sites are gravel with a large concrete pad. Water was very hard so bring a softener. The only negative, which is why I didn't give it a 10, was the Wi-Fi which was worthless. We would stay here again.
Great park!! Would have given it a 10 if it had Wi-Fi. Excellent park for exploring the LA area, yet set up high over a reservoir so it has a quiet rural feel. Sites are all paved with green space and trees. Some loops are better than others, but didn't see anything bad. Quite a few permanent residents, but everything is maintained very well. This park will accommodate any size rig. This would be the only place we stayed in the LA area.
This is a bare bones park which is pretty close to the beach. Sites are gravel and level. Quiet at night and school and truck traffic during the day, but not a problem. There is a laundry room, but not much else. Within walking distance to the beach. I guess this is pretty typical of coastal parks in California. Would stay here again when passing thru.
Very nice campground close to San Jose, but not too close. Everything very clean and well maintained. Site was a little small for our 42' mh and we were unable to park car in the site, but not a big deal. Sites are all paved, pool area, lounge, restrooms, and showers were spotless. Wi-fi here was fantastic! Some noise from Hwy 101, but not a problem. Staff very attentive and nice. Make sure you get off at Cochran exit not the way a GPS would route. There is a cement center divider for many miles. Nice park, well appointed. Would stay here again.
Easy access park in Ogden. Pool, hot tub, laundry, and bathrooms were all very nice and clean. Pull through site needed more gravel. Wi-Fi was barely useable. The park is right next to the interstate so it was noisy. It was a fine park for a few days and is centrally located. Office staff were very nice. We would stay here again.
First the good....close to the river and Glenwood springs. Water pressure good. Now the not so good....WAY OVERPRICED for what you get and calling itself a resort. Concur on all previous reviews regarding sewer, dusty, noisy. Pay up front, no refunds. I can see why. It is pretty here in the canyon, but it does not compensate for the poor sites. I normally do not go into the bathrooms, but wanted to see them for my review. Although fairly clean, very old in need of updating. We are full-timers, and see a lot of RV parks. I am fairly lenient on them, but due to the high price of this one, it did not meet my expectation of a reputable resort. We would not stay here again.
This park continues to degrade each time we visit it. Mostly working contractors with lots of trucks and equipment. Road is getting very bad, weeds everywhere, sites lack enough gravel. We probably won't stay here again. The road traffic getting onto the street where the park is located is horrendous. The park is convenient for touring the area, view of downtown is great, and the office staff are great, however can't say much else good about it.
Great park for touring Kansas City. Also if you have kids, right at a big amusement & water park. Plenty of room for our 43' MH. Nice paved, terraced sites. Ours was very level. Right by I-435, but our site was not too noisy. Water pressure was very high, so bring your regulator. Pool and hot tub area was very nice. Very easy access park. Would stay here again.
This is definitely NOT a big rig friendly park. The speed bumps are huge and the roads to the "premium" sites are very narrow with very sharp turns. The park was packed full when we arrived on Friday and getting to the site was very difficult. Staff was helpful. Wi-Fi did not come in at all at our site. Cable TV was good. Lots of kids here and very crowded. Couldn't use the pool in the day b/c there were so many kids. They did have lots of activities for the kids. Park was noisy, on main road to heavily used state park. Price way to high for what you get. We would not stay here again. The state park was no better. Not many options around here for big RVs. If you want to relax, this is not the place to come.
Very nice and quiet 55+ community with a few spots for RVs. Sites were well maintained with new 50/30 Amp and water/sewer. This is a great spot for touring Cleveland area. It really isn't an RV park as there are no amenities whatsoever, just a good place to park for a visit to the city. May sure you try the Farmer & the Deli right down the street for great sub sandwiches and local groceries. No problem for big rigs.
Great national park on the Gulf of Mexico. Dump station and fresh water available. There is a nice clean bathhouse with cold water only. Boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of room for our big rig. This is a beautiful spot, off the grid. Have bug spray handy. Lots of thirsty mosquitoes. Highly recommend this beautiful national park.
Nicest park in the area, but you'll pay for it. Beautiful owner sites. Very nice boardwalk to the beach. Wi-Fi was not good and should be improved considering pricing. All other amenities very nice. Easy access to Port Aransas and Corpus.
Wonderful, beautiful National Park campground. All paved with full hookups. Back in sites easily handled our big rig. I would easily give it a 10 except there is some road noise. Not bad at night, though. This is a great find! Very easy to bathhouse row and the town.
Basic rural park with gravel sites and unpaved roads. Sites very close together. Camp host not very helpful. Asked for a different site for our 43' motorhome, but he said they were all reserved. The site we asked for is still vacant. Good side of Memphis. Felt safe here. OK location for seeing area.
Nice and quiet park on the outskirts of Austin. Rate reflects monthly. Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, paved pull through sites, strong water and power. Well maintained grounds with big trees. Great place to explore areas. Would give a 10 if the pool was bigger and the fitness room equipment was better. A very nice park and would definitely stay again.
I wouldn't call this campground a "resort". We stayed here for a month and it was just OK. The sites for monthly are very unlevel and very close together. There were many permanent residents here and it was noisy every morning. The office staff didn't seem to know much about anything. The monthly rate of $600 plus electric seemed very high. Pool area always had lots of kids swimming so not very appealing. OK park for easy access to I-35, but wouldn't stay here again.
This is the second time at this park. It is very adequate for a few days exploring the area. Close to highway, but not to noisy. Good power and water and good sites. We were in the back-ins by the fence which are very large. Roads and sites are gravel and there are picnic tables. Office staff very nice. Wi-Fi was good with several connections to choose from. Park is big-rig friendly.
Wonderful, peaceful spot. Road is great all the way to the park. Sites are no frills with good water and power. There is no dump, but one is located just out on I-10 at the picnic area. Lots of wildlife here and beautiful surroundings. The cave is a must see. Pull throughs are tight, but were very doable in our 43' with a tow.
Price reflects weekly rate. Nice clean park with good location for touring around Texas Hill country. Sites and roads are gravel with grass in between and maturing trees. Some back in sites are by the river and any size rig will fit easily into this park. Park management are very nice and helpful. They do a $4 dinner each Weds. Wi-Fi was not great here but was quicker late at night. Water pressure was fairly good. I would have given it a 10 but the road noise was pretty bad and we were in the back of the park. It is a US highway, so was a little better at night, but still there. The creek is very nice and suitable for swimming. We would stay here again.
Nice campground away from the highway so it is very quiet. Next to the beautiful San Marcos River. Campground is paved with gravel sites. Some pull throughs out front didn't seem as nice as the interior sites. Pulls throughs could have used a good grading and been wider Pecan but were OK. Wi-Fi was excellent from our site. Water pressure a little low but adequate. Would have given it a higher rating but the lady working the office was pretty rude. Maybe she was having a bad day. This park is a great central point for exploring the area, about halfway between San Antonio and Austin.
Very nice and quiet park bordering the Sonoran desert. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Sites are large with some plantings in-between. Gravel sites and paved roads. Wi-Fi was very slow. Really liked this park. This is a beautiful location fairly close to Tucson, but not too close! Would definitely stay here again.
Lazy Days took over the old Beaudry RV and everything is VERY nice. Campground was top notch. Can't really say anything negative about it. Very easy pull throughs, nice pools and spas, restaurant and security. Wi-Fi was very good from our site. Very fast. If you go to Lazydays website at the Florizona tab, you can get 2 nights free. Makes for a nice stay at a great price! Watching the jets doing maneuvers from the Air Force base was a free treat.
We stayed here for two months in the section called "The Ranch." Can't say enough about the friendly residents. Many owned their lots, others just rented. Everything is immaculate. Happy Trails is a very large 55+ park with LOTS of things to do. Don't think there is Wi-Fi. We had our own. Very nice golf course, several large swimming pools, and lots of fruit trees. Surprise is a suburb of Phoenix, so traffic was always a mess. Rate reflects monthly amount. Reserving space through the Happy Trails office will cost you more. Better if you can find a resident renting out their lot.
Way to expensive for what you get. This was the "holiday" rate. Certainly wouldn't call it a "resort". Nice paved park with mature shade trees. Plenty of room for our big rig. Pool area is ok and they have a small hot tub. Lots of security roaming about as they've had problems with thefts. VERY close to Hwy 101 so very noisy. Nice paved walking path to the beach about 1 mile long. There are very few RV parks in the area, so this is about the best. Wi-Fi worked very well. Probably wouldn't stay here again due to high rate. If you are willing to dry-camp, there is nice camping right on the beach.
Very nice park with full amenities. 2 nice spas and a pool. Great workout room and 2 nice clubhouses. Paved as well as gravel sites. Wi-fi was adequate, but not lightning fast. Road noise was very loud at the upper sites. The lower sites are better for noise. Park is outside of town surrounded by grape groves. Nice park. We would stay again.
Wonderful park with easy access from Hwy 101. Very clean, all paved and landscaped. Office very friendly. Nice rec room and a little store. Lots of snowbirds here, but no problem accommodating us. Park was very quiet even though it was close to interstate. Pool looked nice but was covered for winter. Good location for seeing the Monterey and San Jose area.
Absolutely loved this park. Roads and pads are all paved with 30 amp service. Not all sites have sewer but dump station easily available. Some have electric and cable, but no sewer. Some sites are unlevel, but in general many are suitable for a larger RV. The park itself is a scenic gem. Many of the front sights have an ocean view, but are in high demand. We had no problem finding a site in the winter months. Price reflects winter rate + cable.
We camped here for 3 nights in our 42' MH. It was a very tight squeeze getting into the park over a small bridge. The park is small with not very well maintained gravel roads. Site itself not very level grass. Hookups worked fine, although water pressure low. Internet very sporadic. This is an OK park with mostly live-in residents. I probably would try the next park down the road next time. The park is pretty with large trees and a nice pond. Sites by the pond are the best with a nice patio, however your rig would need to be 35' or less.
Rate reflects monthly rate. This is a great RV park located on the Umpqua River at the mouth to the ocean. The park is spotless. Completely paved with grass areas between sites. Bathrooms were very nice and spotless as well. The area is very nice. This is a great park for large RVs. Easy access all around. I would have given it a 10 but Wi-Fi was slow. I'd also bump it to a ten for a hot tub!
This park is a fine park right next to the ocean. Unfortunately it is right next to Hwy 101 so road noise is pretty bad. The ocean view can't be beat though. The beautiful beach with seals and tide pools was only about 150 feet from our spot. The park is nice. However nothing is paved. Some gravel in the sites so could bet messy if it rains. Nice picnic table & fire ring. Price reflects weekly winter rate. I would have given this a higher rating, but the Wi-Fi was unusable and our Verizon MiFi and phones were almost useless. Definitely worth a stop for the view though!
This is a very nice park right along Hwy 101 in Lincoln City. All sites/roads are paved with grass in between. They have a nice hot tub and immaculate facilities. A bit of road noise, not too bad on the top level. Kind of tight on upper level where we were. Our 42 foot motorhome barely fit. Overall, a nice park and we'd stay here again. Close to everything in Lincoln City. Wi-Fi was OK, but got painfully slow at times.
Absolutely great state park! Beautiful sites of every type available. All paved roads and full hook ups. There are numerous trails throughout that go to the beach about 1/2 mile away. Plenty of room for every size rig. Rangers very friendly. Very few people this time of year so you have your pick of lots of sites. Would definitely stay here again.
Very serene and tranquil park in the middle of the city. Sites are cement pads with picnic table and all roads are paved. Very big rig friendly. All sites are located around two ponds which have lots of waterfowl. Pretty good privacy. Owners very friendly and park is convenient to everything. A little high on the price but well worth a stop. We'd definitely stay here again.
Very nice park close to Glacier NP. Very level gravel sites with excellent 50 amp, water, sewer and cable. Owners very nice. This was Passport America rate which they honored for 4 nights. I would have rated the park a 10, but the road noise is pretty loud in the day...not to bad at night. Very big rig friendly park with EASY pull throughs. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed it very much. The campground is rustic, but sites are level and there are nice trees. Water and 30 amp are available at each site, and there is a dump station. It is situated on the main road, but the noise was not to bad. The stream is really nice and the hot springs are wonderful. They are located across the street. There is no Wi-Fi in the campground, but it is available at the hot springs pool. We had no cell service, so this was a nice place to get "off the grid". We would stay here again. Big rig friendly.
This was the Good Sam rate. This is a wonderful park. Very quiet, well groomed, and spacious sites. Wonderful views of surrounding mountains. Camp hosts very friendly. Pool and hot tub were immaculate. There are lots of beautiful evergreen trees and all sites have concrete patios and picnic tables. We loved this park and would definitely stay again. Big rig friendly!
Overpriced for what you get. But its a KOA...charged additional $3.00 for 50 amp. Many sites not level, but there were a few in the center that could handle our 43' RV. It is in a nice quiet area with great views of the mountains. Pool area was clean and owners are friendly. Good location for exploring the area. Probably would check out other parks in area before staying again.
Rate reflects monthly rate. This park needs quite a bit of work. Hookups were fine but sites needed regrading and gravel. It is located on a series of terraces. We were on the top level and had a nice view of downtown. It is very close to a highway and the interstate is pretty loud. Lots of workers living full time here, but they were all quiet. No ammenaties to speak of. Very tiny laundry, no bathrooms or showers that I saw. Monthly rate high for what you get. Ok for big rigs.
This a very nice park and is big rig friendly. Camped right on the river in a very large gravel site. Sat. Dish worked well and Wi-Fi was fine. Owners very nice and helpful. They only offer good Sam discount, so price was a bit high. Weekly rate a little less. Great park!
Great park with wonderful views of Santa Fe and mountains. NIce and quiet. Most are pull through sites which can accommodate any size rig. Owners are really nice and have lots of information about the area. Campground is gravel, so a bit dusty. Many sites have concrete pads with picnic table but cost extra. All trees are pretty small. No complaints for this park. Would stay here again. I'd give it a 9 if it had a pool!
Very nice park with lots of big rig friendly sites. Everything is paved. There was a couple of tight turns, but mostly fine. Staff very friendly. A nicer park close to the interstate. They've turned an old church into the office area. Very interesting.
Very well kept park. Owners very nice. All services are updated and many sites have concrete pads and patios with tables/chairs. Pool was wonderful and very clean. Lots of pull thru sites, nice fitness center.
We stayed at Cave Country RV for a week. You get a slight price break on a week. Very flat, gravel sites and roads. Plenty of room for the largest rig and tow vehicles. Everything super clean and all hookups new. Downside of the park is road noise and train nearby, but overall excellent park.
Nice park but close to I-70 so was pretty noisy. Staff was helpful, but charged for everything, including $5 each for my family member to come visit. Cable was snowy. Probably wouldn't stay here again because of high costs.
