We've stayed here a few times since it opened in March of 2008. The park is all-new. There's plenty of room for big/long RVs and full-hookups at a decent price. The sites are spaced far enough apart that you get the feeling of "camping", instead of "RV-ing". We'll be back again.
Wow, this place is the best for Dogs! They have huge play area and off-leash swimming for the dogs was encouraged by the management. They have a quiet little bay on the Colorado River for both dog and human recreation. No breed or weight restrictions, but they don't allow aggressive dogs. I like the approach to restrict the bad dogs instead of all dogs that fit a particular "profile". The 50' pull-trough we had was level grass, not black-top or concrete. The park is very roomy and green compared to most KOAs we've visited in the southwest. We would have given them a perfect "10", except for two things: First, The bathroom showers had minor issues like a broken shower-door lock and mold on the ceiling. Second, their "free" wireless Internet is too limited to be useful. Paid service is available, but it was slow compared to our cellular Internet.
