We stopped in for just an overnight on our way to a rally in Memphis. It was easy to access. We requested a pull through as we didn't really want to disconnect the tow vehicle and they were able to accommodate us quite nicely. The park was very busy with lots of families there for the weekend. Seemed to be quite a lot for everyone of all ages to do. We would stop here again.
We were at an American Coach Rally in Memphis Tennessee earlier in the week and we decided to leave there a day early to be able to spend some time in Nashville. This KOA is not too far off the highway and was very easy to get to. Check in was quite quick and we had a deluxe pull thru site which was very nice. They also had a patio set out on the concrete pad as well. Very roomy campground and the staff was very helpful. There were shuttles available to downtown as well as tours picked you up right at the front doors so it is very convenient. We would like to return to Nashville again soon and would definitely return to this KOA
We spent two days here as a stop over before the Daytona 500. It is a very pretty park and very well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. There were lots of activities going on for everyone each day. The roads area a little tight for big rigs but it is possible just have to go real slow and plan ahead. The gentleman that took us to our site definitely knew what he was doing, as it was a tight squeeze but we made it unscathed. We enjoy the Kissimmee area and since everyone was so helpful and friendly we would stay here again.
We went to Florida with the two plans - one to go to the Daytona 500 and the other to find a place to put our motorhome for the winter months starting next year. Based on their website I wasn't sure if this would be a place for us as I thought it was really all about the Golfing. Well maybe it is for some but we have found a home. This was our second stop in our travels before the Daytona 500. We intended to stay only 2 nights and then move on to another park. On the morning of Day 2 we chose to stay for another 2 days. We stayed in Regal Pointe section for the 4 days and found it to be fantastic. Everyone in the whole park is just so friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is available but in the clubhouse areas. Pool was very clean and everything very well maintained. While there we went with the Sales staff and looked at lots and options as we really did like it a lot. While we were touring we saw a few places to rent as well and contacted one of them. We have made arrangements to park our motorhome in his site in Partridge Pines starting in November until April. After the delayed Daytona 500 we were to continue on to two other parks before our return home today but we were quite tired so we placed a call and they found us a site for another four days, again in Regal Pointe. It truly is a great place. We were able to store our motorhome on the site we are renting in November. Everyone was so much help for our move to the other area it was truly a great experience. I can't suggest this place enough to everyone, very wonderful people in this park. We can't wait to go back next month!
This is an excellent park for being close to the Airport. We stayed here on our way to the Daytona 500 and had friends flying in so it was great for them to get to easily and quickly. They also have storage available at very very reasonable rates and will definitely use this feature next year. It was a full park so it is obviously a popular place. The sites are a bit tight for a large motorhome. When I reserved the site I explained that we had a 43 foot motorhome with a full wall slide and they said it would be no problem. It really wasn't a problem just a bit on the tight side for where the hookups were and where our slide came out. Leaving the next morning also had a few tight turns and lots of go ahead back ups. The gentlemen that assisted in the parking were a great help. It was supposed to be a guarded gatehouse so we left information on our friends flying in to meet us after 11pm at night and when they came in there was no one at the gatehouse. The park was very clean and very quiet, we would stay here again for short stays.
This was an excellent campground. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We even had cookies delivered to our site once we got setup. As well we were able to order pizza and wings to our site before 8 pm. Very nice treat. The showers and washrooms were very clean. Definitely a must stay again.
We pulled in just before the owner was leaving for the evening. It was great he took us right to a site directly behind the office as we were the only ones in the park at that point. He helped hook me all up, very friendly. As he was assisting me a few more campers came in for the evening. There were about 10 of us by the time he left for the evening so it was a good night for him. Park was very clean and well taken care of.
Was a great KOA. They offer tickets for tours of Savannah and their confectionary store offers quite a bit. Staff was wonderful to speak with and very helpful. The washrooms and laundry area were great. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here as an overnight stop only. At this time of year it is not easy to find a place open, so it was a welcome to have a place open. The washrooms and showers were excellent. The people we spoke to on the phone, and the next morning were more than helpful. We have a 38 foot motorhome and the pull through sites were a bit of a challenge to get into but we did it, just slowly. The weather was no help so unfortunately the site was pretty muddy but that can't be helped. The road into the campground is a bit deceiving as it is a skinny road and you wouldn't want to meet anyone on it, but it worked for a quick overnighter.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Unfortunately the weather was not so great but the grounds are wonderful. It is a huge park. We rented a golf cart for our stay and it is definitely worth it. Loved being right on the ocean. We will definitely return here.
