We spent 5 days at this lovely new resort. The owners and camp hosts are very friendly and helpful. Our site was atop a hill overlooking the lower part of the park with a magnificent view of Douglas Lake and the Smokey Mountains. Absolutely stunning! We were in the shade because of large pine trees. It many of the sites are sunny. Verizon signal was 4-5 bars but the resort WiFi was very fast. Cable TV was free and most sites will have good satellite access. This is a beautiful, well thought out place to stay. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for an overnight while traveling. Easy to find and close to interstate 26 but no noise from the interstate in the campground. We arrived after office hours, but they had left clear instructions and a map to our campsite. Site was level and easy to get in and out of. Great for an overnight or a more extended visit.

Lovely quiet park in a country setting. It almost feels like you are staying at a rural farm. Easy to get to off I-71. Staff very courteous and friendly. Clean park with lots of room for walking the dogs, and if we had children, there was lots for them to so. There is a pool almost complete, a swimming lake, a fishing lake, a large open field next to a stream for exploring and even a small baseball park. We stayed for just one night, but will be back with the grand kids .

We needed an overnight stop, but ended up staying three days! We were 20 feet from the lake front, surrounded by trees. The only sounds were of loons on the lake and birds in the trees. The lake is great for fishing. The park was clean. It was a little off the beaten path, but worth the drive.
