Excellent campground with access to lake LBJ. Boating on the lake and all the way up the Colorado river was fantastic. Only drawback was a very limited dock forced us to take our boat out of the water every night, luckily our site was extremely long so we could park our 40' motorhome, full size truck and 23' boat on the site pad.

Nicest RV park in the area, amenities are a bit scarce (not every site has a table), sites are large and go back to back so you are not on top of your neighbor's connections. West Texas can be very windy at times, make sure to pay attention to the prevailing wind (SW while we were there) and put the back of your RV toward the wind. Excellent golf course and plenty to do at the resort. Internet was somewhat hit and miss, mostly unusable. Wedged between the Big Bend National park and Big Bend Ranch State park, plenty to do and see at either park.

Extremely clean bathrooms and showers. Helpful personnel. Great location, just on the southern edge of Santa Fe. Stayed here to ski at Ski Santa Fe, which is about 20 miles away. We would have given this park a 10 however, because it is all gravel roads, no Cable TV and the sites are a bit close if you (luckily in the winter it is not crowded) we gave it an 8.

Great place to visit for a long weekend or longer, especially if you have a boat. Some of the corners in the first section are a bit tight for the motorhome (39'). We were also able to rent a covered boat slip for our boat, make sure you plan ahead for this as there is limited availability on the slips. There were a lot of bugs, however, in the wooded areas of east Texas there are a lot of bugs!

Very clean campground and extremely helpful staff. We stayed in a premium site with patio, fire-pit and furniture. Site was level and wi-fi access was easily attained. The non-premium sites seemed close together and were gravel except for the parking pad, which was concrete under the wheels only. The restrooms were clean and showers were a bit on the small side.

Stayed overnight here on our way back from vacation. Very clean, nice pool and easy to navigate and park. Office was open late which made it easy to check in and they escort you to your site which is a nice convenience. Next door is an RV dealer and Camping World in case you need anything.

Excellent park, close proximity to the Las Vegas strip. Everything was very clean, kids loved the large pool. Definitely a must if visiting Vegas.

Price of the park was included in the Railroad tickets. Brand new park, very clean, top notch!! Would highly recommend this park and will definitely stay here again if visiting the Grand Canyon.

Swimming pool was clean and had two water slides (kids loved it). Interior roads were badly maintained (washed out gravel) and very narrow making quite a few sites inaccessible with our 38' 5er. The camp sites were not level and the connections (water, sewer and electric) were awkwardly placed creating a long run for hoses and cords. There were quite a few full time trailers that were in bad need of repair, washing and general site cleanup; looked like they had been sitting there for a number of years.

Nice enough park, site we stayed at was pretty level. Not much to do at the park. Lake Livingston and Huntsville were fairly close by. Nice people and clean park. Pretty easy to get in and out of with our large 5er.

Beautiful desert oasis. It is a small park with the main attraction being San Solomon Springs. You can swim, snorkel or scuba dive in the crystal clear springs, the water is 20-25' deep at the deepest point. Davis Mountains State Park and the University of Texas McDonald Obvservatory are both nearby and worth a visit. All of the pull throughs are arc'd forcing you to turn when setting up with a big rig and making an awkward angle when hooking back up.

Beautiful lake in the Texas Hill country with a 9 hole golf course up the road. You can go swimming in the Devil's Waterhole and jump off the rocks. Park rents paddle boats, kayaks, canoes, etc. Nice playgrounds, hiking trails and plenty of places to ride your bike. Some areas are tight especially for big Rigs. We have a 37' 5er and scraped a few branches getting to our spot. There are only 2 pull throughs and we got one of them, unfortunately we were too tall to pull through. I was able to pull in far enough to setup, but when we left we had to back out.

This was our maiden voyage in our 5er and we were very happy to have chosen this park. Pull-throughs, very clean park and restrooms, nice club house and pool area. Staff was very courteous and the information they handed out was well put together. Two minor issues, the sites are very close to each other and the traffic on 1604 is terrible at all times. We will return.

Plain and simple but functional. Very new, so trees have not had a chance to mature. Good location in relation to Austin and surronding areas.
