The grounds are immaculate. The pads are concrete and level with a grassy yard and nice picnic table. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Proximity to restaurants and grocery shopping was a treat (no toad). We will be back!
The approach to the campground itself is visually a bit disappointing at first, as it passes by the RV storage area, but improves considerably just around the bend when the pond and camp come into view. The ducks and geese in the pond, and the donkeys and horses in the nearby fields, are fun to watch. At this time of year, (late October) the grounds are well tended. The staff is friendly; they acknowledge visitors but are not intrusive. At night the raccoons are very active so it is important to secure or dispose of trash and food items before retiring for the night. We enjoyed our stay.
