Easy in, easy out, check-in was painless. This little park has cleaned up since the last time I stayed. Easy walk to El Capitan for a little food and gaming. Cable worked fine.

Great little overnight place, I seem to enjoy the convenience and the slip in/slip out nature of the place. Treed. Friendly. Cable works great. I use a 4g iPad on the road, worked fine. Extra bonus, on a day when America was standing in line for lottery tickets I bought mine at the KOA, no line. The young men who were working both times when I was there this month were very helpful and friendly. K Falls gets cold at night in the winter. I have learned to put my slide in at night if I'm leaving early in the morning to avoid any ice-on-the slide issues. It's never been crowded in the wintertime. I can see how huge rigs might not like the pulling in aspect of the place, I never have a problem with my 30 ft rig and Wrangler in tow.

I always return here. It's a nice place to park and visit the amenities of Reno. I used to always visit the spa in the hotel however due to the recent rehab of the facility their prices for use have tripled. You can do better in town. There's a river path next to the place that goes up and down the river. In the summer there are lots of homeless men hanging out, not so much in the winter. My dog enjoyed it.

If you simply want a convenient place in a good location for messing around in downtown Vegas, this is the place. Nothing fancy, however functional. No cable, but at least 20 antenna stations. It's all about the location here. Noise may be a factor depending on your rig. Mine is well insulated, I did not hear freeway noise. I did however hear emergency vehicle noise, goes with the territory if you're going to pitch camp in the middle of downtown Vegas. I'm grateful that this RV park is here.

Great location, everything works, felt secure, glad it's there. Call it "Old Reliable". Being that it was winter I did not use the hot tub or the pool, I have in the past, it's fine. It's not a five star resort, it's a convenient place to park your rig and settle in next to a casino (for a decent price) in Vegas. Cable was a bonus. I'd be really sad if this place were not there.

Nice little campground. Clean, trees, great cable, cute play area, welcoming and accommodating management. A pleasant unexpected bonus was the 15 acre dog exercise area. There's a Camping World and a casino near by. What more do you need?

A very nice, peaceful and convenient state park next to I-5. There are plenty of trails, an especially nice one next to the river, good for dog walking. Pull-throughs are available. There are posted signs warning of ticks, all for a good reason; they seemed to be especially prevalent in the wooded areas by the river in the spring.

Well kept park, nice people, sites are tight though. As long as your neighbors stay within their own boundaries one should be in good shape though. Good location for commuting to Portland and/or Washington Square. I would not want to pull in to this park after dark if it were my first time visiting.

Nice place, nice people, convenient to local attractions. Pull throughs well spaced out with grass, lots of places nearby to let my dog run. Had a pleasant stay.

There's something for everyone here, on every level. I happen to like the greener economy sites in the back (feels tropical and more quiet) but the premium sites are nice too. I've done both. A great place to stay. One thing, there are ants in the back in the summer. Didn't bother me at all in the winter.

What's not to like? Not able to review without gushing. It's more than a campground, it's a resort, raises the standard, sets the bar higher for the industry. If the price bothers you it fluctuates seasonally, so shop, but again, it's not just a campground. We spent our first Christmas here, something everyone should do at least once in their RVing life. It was fun, fun, fun.

I like this park in a retro kind of way. It suited my purpose. Not what I'd call a "resort." However, by the time I got here I was "resorted out" and simply looking for a safe place to hook up and spend the night without being ripped off while I prepared for a 3.5k roadtrip. I'm glad I found this place.

I must like this place because I keep returning. The people are nice, it suits my purposes, very convenient to the casinos, cable TV was good. Though I am not normally a shower user, (I shower in my rig), this time I used the facilities. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice hot shower with plenty of water.

Nice, accessable place for an overnight. Lots of room to exercise a dog in the back. Little restaurant associated with the place, didn't eat there but it seemed to be popular for dinner.

There is a drop box to deposit your money. Literally, pit bulls everywhere, including one barking at my rig door upon arrival at my site. I locked the door and went to bed. I love dogs, I'm a dog owner, I don't complain, but dog deposits every three or four feet outside of my rig was a bit much. Many permanent residents. I was tired, I should have gone on another ten miles.

No longer takes discount camping card, even though they are listed in books and discount website. They did however give a 10 percent Good Sam discount. No way does this feel like a Good Sam affiliated park, and no Good Sam signs. OK place for an overnight, cable TV is good and a casino is within walking distance. More permanent guests than in the past. Seems a little rougher than my past stays.

Peaceful, clean, safe, everything I expect from a RV park. Hope to come back someday, next time I will get out my fishing pole. Four miles from I -10; I wouldn't try it after dark.

Wonderful respite from the grind of the road. Quiet, fresh air, lots of stars. Four miles from the interstate. Perfect for those who are satisfied with some nice nature, country air and a little electricity. 3G works fine here.

Narrow sites, in my opinion, overpriced. The upside, good cable TV and the lady was nice. Tengo internet, convenient to I-10.

Stayed here with RPI. Just about every time I stay in a Thousand Trails campground I'm thankful that I did not succumb to their high pressure sales tactics. The place was practically empty except for the "privately owned" spaces. The sites were small, just water and electric in the majority of them. My rig is not that big (30ft) and the roads were still tight with a lot of ups and downs and tight curves. I enjoyed the natural beauty of the area and the hot tub was great. Don't even think of staying here without a toad or a tow vehicle. La Conner is lovely.

This place is a God -send for anyone in transit down the Gorge needing a place to bed down for the night. It's beautiful, right between 1-84 and the Columbia River. In a motorhome with windows closed noise was not an issue, but I could see how it could be in a tent. My dog and I enjoyed the river in the morning before heading back on the road.

Way overpriced, especially for off-season. Not too many cable stations and we stuck to 3G rather than the so-so Wi-Fi. We did enjoy the proximity to the exercise trail. Not really "ocean" front, more accurate would be "bay front'.

I did not feel safe here. To me the overall feeling was that of a homeless camp. You could watch the dumpsters via closed circuit TV from your rig. Feral cats everywhere. This used to be a nice place, hope it turns back around.

Nice park, nice people, the Astor-turf grass is balanced by the fact that there is a wonderful walking path and dog park just across the street at the marina. Nice location, close enough to I-80 but quiet and not right no top of it, shopping and casinos nearby. I'm a return guest and will return again if the price is right.

Last stop leaving Nevada, got blown off the highway by wind, glad I did. Nice to know about this cute, friendly little campground with a little cafe and casino. Easy in, easy out, plenty of room, grass everything worked. What's not to like?

Most of the facilities were closed when we were there, however there was a little restaurant on the premises which was open and well thought out. Food was good, it was nice not having to cook after a long day of travel. Next to US 97, convenient, however there will be road noise if your windows are open.

Some very nice and very large sites here, my only complaint is that I could not seem to be able to get level in any of them available to me, even with levelers.

Very crowded, tight and dusty. Pool closed. Wi-Fi lacking. Security was good at gate, however, at the same time I felt locked in with some questionable characters. I'd pay more not to stay here again.

This park is very convenient to Death Valley National Park and near by ghost towns. Level, good cable TV, internet is cable only, no Wi-Fi. A nice little Mexican restaurant is within walking distance. Park is pet friendly, and there is a nice little park nearby. The managers are quite nice and helpful. The sites were roomy enough.

Save your money. It's time for us RVers to start voting with our wheels and just say no to stupid prices like these. For 60 bucks I was parked between a large open driveway on Industrial, a crime ridden seedy road and the back of the seedy Circus Circus parking garage. For that much you'd think at least there would be a little security. Lots of "live ins" in the back. No cable TV. If you want a patch of grass it's 80 bucks. I left there and stayed at a hotel for a better price than the KOA, at least their parking lot had security and I didn't feel ripped off. There are so many better options in Vegas for a better price.

I did not think that the sites were small at all. Each site had a table and good size amount of grass. WiFi was available, however it was hit and miss. Store was not much. Nice location, a short drive to Ft Stevens, the beach, town. Cable TV was good, plenty of stations. There was a pretty creek and a dog park next door (a very short drive or a bit of a stroll down the road). Has a nice fish cleaning facility.

Love this place. Love the fact that I can use the hotel amenities (spa, pool, restaurants) as well as gamble on and off at my leisure. Sites are big, people are friendly, location convenient. My dog gives the riverbank path behind the facility two paws up.

Our site was not level. Park has good internet and cable TV. There are many long term tenants and many rigs in storage throughout the park. Overpriced in my opinion (and in the opinion of several people I saw pull in, read the price on the board, then leave). Rating based on price/value, otherwise a decent place to overnight.

I liked this place. Very pastoral, green, nice location. I'd stay there again however next time I would not use the hot tub (a tepid 100 degrees) or the shower (very tight water saver).

Their $10 per pet policy is insane, and $15.00 for each additional pet.

We felt this park was OK for an overnight stay, convenient to Portland and Interstate 5. The site we occupied was plenty big, the park well kept and clean. WiFi reception was OK albeit slow. One should be made aware that there is a very strict rule about no dogs over 40 pounds (you can't miss the signs, they are everywhere). Roads were paved and well maintained...there were quite a few pickup trucks protruding into the roadways which made getting around somewhat tricky in places.

A comfortable place to camp by the river while visiting Lincoln City. The people who run the place are very nice and welcoming. We'll go back.

Our favorite campground in the country. Tried staying at an alternative campground, and lasted one night and headed back to Ft. Wilderness. In our opinion the cost is worth every penny. The convenience of being in a Disney resort, being in the computer, charging privledges, reservation privileges, transportation, Magical Hours, the schedule on the TV. All of it adds to the magic of just being there on site and not having to leave in the evening.
