Stayed for the month of April: was very exposed to the weather elements, rain and winds gusts 30-50mph. The park's facilities are open to all including the fishing boat crews, laudromat very well used. The 30 foot sites are very uneven. The woman running this park is adamant about taking your dog outside the park for a walk.
Traveled from Phoenix to see this park after reading previous reviews. The park is the best I have stayed in, and plan on staying the month of February and maybe beyond. Owners on site are friendly and helpful. The noise from the trains and freeway are not a big issue. A clean and well maintained park in a great location to Kingman and surrounding area.
Mainly mobile homes with RV sites spaced about the mobile homes, back-in and pull through with no amenities such as laundry or showers. Walking distance to the Prescott Court House and Whiskey Row, 3/4 of a mile. The location to downtown Prescott is its best asset.
Will not allow dogs pens and no dog run, not pet friendly. No Wi-Fi, have to go through local internet company. Club house kind of run down. Office lady Irene helpful and friendly. Location not the greatest, would recommend staying closer to the Kingman area.
Very nice park with helpful and friendly owner and staff. The price for either back in or drive through with 50/30 amp for $350 a month. Paved roads with no gravel dust and well lite. Lots of functions with nice lounge, great laundromat and store. One of Arizona best kept secrets. Located near Hwy 10, not in the town of Buckeye arrive in the day and not night as I did, and got lost.
Not close to Elephant Butte Lake a short drive to State Park with access to lake and marina. The state charges $5 per car per visit, I bought $40 annual day pass. No picnic tables and all gravel roads and sites, can be dusty if 5mph speed not kept.
We are staying for a couple of months at $275+electric: good location. We moved from Silver City (colder and 53 miles away) to Hwy I-10. Camped near office in B section away from trains and I-10 with a nice shade tree. Recommend Deming area over Silver City; gas is up to 20cents more a gallon and there is very little to do there. Visited Paloma across border and was advised by Sheriffs deputy not to cross with all the killings in the border towns. Gave 8 stars because of the gravel.
Arrived for a couple of months from Pacific Northwest. Spaces are large, level and shady. New managers very nice. Location is handy to grocery store and within 6 blocks to old town area. Evenings are cool. I recommend this park for a short or long stay.
Stayed three months in a motorhome as the location to Garibaldi and Tillamook was good. The WiFi averaged a weak two bar signal and T.V., reception was fair. Close to very busy Hwy101 and noisy. Gravel and dusty roads in park.
Monthly rate is very reasonable. The roads are very dusty when not raining. Some trashy yearly and monthly rigs and some shady characters, and dogs running off leash. The owner is helpful and pleasant. Close to a busy and noisy highway.
