This was an OK park. The staff was very nice and they led you to your site. They cook and deliver pizza from the office. It is nine miles from the Whistle Stop Cafe where Fried Green Apples was filmed. The site are a little hilly and little grass. Area was clean and easy access from I-75. Grocery store across the interstate is good. I would stay again.
We enjoyed the park. We just need a place to stay two nights while we visited family during the day. There was no noise and very little traffic in and out the park. Easy in and out off highway 301. The sites are flat and good grass to park on. They accept Good Sam. I would go back.
The campground is two miles off I-75, exit 283. It is pretty hilly but the sites are reasonably flat and paved. It is gated. Train tracks run a few yards away and they blow a loud horn but we did not mind. Some sites have sewers and some don't. They have a dump site. All in all a nice campground. We spend one night there.
